Rodgers Named Enterprise Community Partners Vice President, Denver Market Leader
Jennie Rodgers joined Enterprise Community Partners as Vice President and Denver Market Leader.

Rodgers leads Enterprise's capital and policy work to increase opportunity and economic mobility for residents throughout the Denver region, including priority initiatives like the Denver Regional Transit-Oriented Development Fund, the city of Denver's new housing plan, the West Denver Renaissance Collaborative and the Denver Social Impact Bond, one of the first city-level social impact bond in the U.S. to address chronic homelessness.

Prior to joining Enterprise, Rodgers served as the director of the Community Strategies Institute, a Denver-based affordable housing and community development consulting firm. She takes over as vice president and Denver market leader from Melinda Pollack, who now leads Enterprise's national initiatives focused on economic mobility, racial equity, climate and health.

MetLife Names Spehar Treasurer
MetLife, New York, named Ed Spehar Executive Vice President and Treasurer, reporting to the chief financial officer. The appointment is effective Aug. 16 and he will work from New York City.

Spehar currently serves as Senior Vice President and CFO for Europe-Middle East-Asia, a role he will continue to fill until a successor is announced. Previously, he served as senior vice president and head of investor relations.

Before joining MetLife, Spehar spent 23 years analyzing insurance companies as an equity research analyst. He joined MetLife in 2012 from Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Spehar succeeds John McCallion who was recently named executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Hunt Mortgage Group Expands Seniors Housing Team
Hunt Mortgage Group, New York, expanded its Seniors Housing and Healthcare team with three new executives Andrew Kitts, Heath Coryell and Wendy Lord. All three will focus on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac credit and underwriting.

Andrew Kitts joined the firm as a Managing Director and Chief Credit Officer. He formerly worked at RED Capital and is based in Hunt's Irvine, Calif. office.

Kitts has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. He held leadership roles with RED's Seniors Housing team and several other leading financial institutions, including Bank of America Commercial Finance and The Main Group.

Heath Coryell became Director and Deputy Chief Underwriter. He joined Hunt from Arbor, where he was the team leader for GSE Seniors Housing Credit. While at Arbor, Coryell was responsible for maintaining GSE and client relationships for the division. Earlier in his career, he spent time at Oak Capital and Berkadia in various underwriting and deal management roles.

Wendy Lord joined as Director. She will focus on Special Asset Management. Her last job was at Arbor, where she spent the last several years as a Vice President focused on Freddie Mac and Seniors Housing, While at Arbor, Lord worked on servicing and asset management for their Freddie Mac portfolio of more than 900 loans. Earlier in her career, she held positions at Property Financial Advisors, LLC and Berkadia Commercial Mortgage.
