I’m writing to ask for approval to attend MBA’s Commercial/Multifamily Finance Convention and Expo, held February 11-14 in San Diego, CA. This is the largest conference focused on topics specifically for our industry and the only event that brings thousands of commercial/multifamily professionals together for four days of sharing, networking, and deal making. The agenda covers a broad set of important and timely topics such as regulatory developments, trends, and strategies to succeed as well as sessions on the changing landscape and the effects on the interest rates, capital sources, etc. In addition to the programming content, the exhibit area features vendor solutions and networking opportunities with leaders from across the industry. Both are great avenues to learn more about new developments and best practices.
