Samantha is a vice president and mortgage banker at KeyBank Real Estate Capital, based in Chicago. She focuses on multifamily originations, new business development and relationship management for real estate owners, investors and developers. Prior to KeyBank she was a senior producer at Freddie Mac, originating $3.5B per year. She specializes in student housing, manufactured housing, and homesharing. She is vice chair of mPact, the MBA's young professional board and is also involved in the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and Real Estate Financial Forum. She earned her BBA in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Marketing from University of Wisconsin Madison.

Neal is an Executive Director at UBS with responsibility for loan originations nationwide. After a brief time at Lev Capital, Neal returned to UBS where he had been in the Real Estate Finance group for over 9 years responsible for loan originations and underwriting of over $2 billion in transactions completed for CMBS and balance sheet lending products. Prior to UBS, he was an associate broker with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Neal served as the inaugural chairman of the mPact Advisory Committee for Young Professionals and remains an active member of mPact and the Mortgage Bankers Association. Neal holds an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and a B.S. from Syracuse University.

Adam Fox is a senior director in Fitch Ratings’ U.S. CMBS group. His primary areas of expertise are commercial mortgage servicing and U.S. commercial securitization. Adam is currently responsible for Fitch’s North American commercial mortgage servicing group and leads a team of three analysts covering approximately 45 commercial mortgage servicers. In addition, he maintains an active role in new issuance and surveillance commercial securitization rating reviews as well as European servicer evaluations. Prior to his current position, Adam led a team of five associates who perform CMBS surveillance and authored a variety of research and criteria reports. Adam was previously director of data management at CRIIMI MAE where he spent seven years. During his tenure at CRIIMI MAE, he worked with the investor reporting, master/primary and special servicing groups before moving to information technology where he was responsible for the development of servicing and reporting software as well as data management for the company. Adam earned his BBA in finance and international business from Marymount University. He is also an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council and Mortgage Bankers Association.

Amy Frazey is the Assistant Vice President, Investment Administration for StanCorp Mortgage Investors, LLC (SMI), a subsidiary of StanCorp Financial Group, Inc. the holding company of Standard Insurance Company. She leads the operations, servicing and accounting teams that are responsible for their commercial real estate loan portfolio which is in excess of $13.8 billion and approximately 5,700 loans. She has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for over 18 years. Amy currently serves as a board member of the Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Finance Board of Governors (COMBOG), has served on the COMBOG Servicer Council and on the board of the Oregon Mortgage Bankers Association. She was the recipient of the MBA Distinguished Service Award in 2019.

Attended Texas A&M and graduated with a Master in Real Estate as well as a Finance & Marketing degree. Has been in the real estate industry since 2008 and spent the majority of my career working for Fannie Mae. While at Fannie Mae, I moved up to National Account Manager where I led a team that managed several top 5 DUS Lenders, engaged with Priority Borrowers, and focused on our MHC and Student Housing product. I joined Greystone in April 2022 and manage a group of originators, and focus on growing our Agency business.

Joanie is a Senior Vice President at M and T Realty Capital Corporation and is the Chief Underwriter primarily focused on affordable housing and all bridge products. She is based in Plano, TX and has been in the real estate industry for more than 10 years. She has experience leading Agency and Private Placement credit teams. Prior to joining M and T RCC, Joanie led the credit team at Barings Multifamily Capital and was also the Chief Underwriter for the Barings private placement balance sheet product.
