    Kevin Conte, Partner, Plante Moran

    Kevin is a partner with Plante Moran's Financial Services team and leads the firm's mortgage banking practice. Kevin has more than 30 years of experience working with independent mortgage bankers, credit unions, banks, foreclosure attorneys, real estate brokers, title companies, and other mortgage service providers. His recent experience includes assisting several clients in managing issues related to regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, allowance for loan loss, indemnification liabilities, capital formation and preservation, mortgage servicing accounting and administration issues, and growth/expansion opportunities. His clients include privately-owned and publicly-traded companies.

    Kevin has a B.S. in accounting from Wayne State University. He previously served on the Board of Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association and as President of the Association's Southeast Chapter, representing more than 75% of the Association's total membership.

    Paul Chiarelli, CPA, Partner, Acquavella, Chiarelli, Shuster LLP

    Paul Chiareli, CPA, is an Audit Partner at ACS and services various industries, including mortgage banking, private lending, private equity, asset-based lenders, among others. The services provided include financial statement audits, internal control analysis, subservicing oversight, quality of earnings, etc. In addition, Paul provides consultation services with respect to various mortgage banking issues, including derivatives, allowance for loan losses, leases, regulatory changes and tax matters. Paul has a B.S. in accounting and finance from Rutgers University.

    Tullus Miller, Partner, Moss Adams, LLP

    Tullus has more than 20 years of experience primarily serving commercial loan and banking organizations, credit unions, mortgage banking companies, and other specialty lenders and investment partnerships and companies. The services he provides clients include financial statement audits, SEC filings and registration statements, internal control evaluations, initial acquisition audits, derivatives, securitization accounting, and merger and acquisition consulting.

    Tullus has an MBA from the University of San Francisco and a BA in business administration with an accounting concentration from California State University, San Bernardino.
