This session takes a look at how the nature of the work will change, its direct impacts on mortgage finance and accounting professionals, and how firms can adapt to the accelerating of pace of the disruption.

    Lane has spent his consulting career assisting CFOs, CAOs, and Controllers at banking and non-bank financial institutions to modernize their organizations. Leveraging the lessons learned from his career at one of the largest banks in the U.S., he has worked with institutions of all sizes in the mortgage space to apply leading tools, optimize their work, and adapt their workforce to the rapidly changing space. His primary areas of focus are technology-driven data provisioning, automation & process improvement, and modeling & analytics.

    Chris Moller, Partner, Deloitte

    Chris is a Partner in Deloitte’s financial services practice with experience serving financial services clients around the world including significant experience with SEC reporting and internal controls over financial reporting.  He has supervised and led audit teams of several public and private financial services companies including banks, mortgage banks, investment funds, business development companies, investment managers, brokerage firms and financial technology companies. Chris also has financial due diligence experience on both domestic and international M&A transactions.
