    Nicole Brickhouse, Vice President, Capital Markets, Walker & Dunlop

    Nicole Brickhouse, Vice President in the company’s Debt and Structured Finance Group, is based out of Walker & Dunlop’s Bethesda office. Ms. Brickhouse is responsible for sourcing equity and debt financing solutions for commercial real estate developers and owners throughout the United States. Bringing over eight years of experience to the company, Ms. Brickhouse has expertise with all asset classes, including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and data centers. Before joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Brickhouse served as a director at HFF, where she sourced, marketed, and closed real estate debt and equity transactions for all property types. In addition to structuring comprehensive deal terms, she delivered market-related and deal-specific expertise to investment advisory teams. Prior to HFF, Ms. Brickhouse held project management roles at Cassidy Turley (d/b/a Cushman & Wakefield). There, she was responsible for business development, as well as managing LEED certifications, mechanical upgrades, and energy audits on more than 5 million square feet and $1 million in project budgets per quarter. Ms. Brickhouse holds a master’s degree in real estate finance from the Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies as well as a Bachelor of Arts in political science from American University. Beyond the company, Ms. Brickhouse is a member of several industry associations, including Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Real Estate Group, and the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), where she is a member of the mPact Advisory Committee. She also served on the board of NAIOP’s Real Estate Emerging Leaders (REEL) program and the advisory board of Washington, DC Sustainable Energy Utility (DC-SEU).

    Rob Bedwell, CRI, Senior Vice President, Mortgage Loans, Protective Life Insurance Company

    Rob Bedwell is Senior Vice President, Investments for Protective Life Insurance Company in Birmingham, Alabama.  Mr. Bedwell is responsible for Protective's $6.5 billion Mortgage Loan and Real Estate portfolio which includes commercial securitizations.  Mr. Bedwell, a licensed attorney, has over 20 years’ experience in the field of mortgage loans and real estate.

    Greg Reimers career in Real Estate spans over 25 years and includes experience in most facets of commercial real estate banking including; origination, syndication, re-structuring, deposit banking and credit. His lending expertise includes construction loans, acquisition and portfolio lending, subscription financing, project loans and various forms of real estate credit enhancement. In various capacities he has managed groups focused on commercial real estate, mortgage banking, community development lending, residential mortgage origination and CMBS.

    Greg is currently the Real Estate Banking Northeast Market Manager within the Commercial Bank at JP Morgan.  He manages offices based in New York, Boston, and Washington DC staffed with real estate professionals who cater to the credit and non-credit banking needs of a large and diverse real estate client base.  Prior to joining JPMorgan in 2007, Greg led the Real Estate Division of The Bank of New York. Greg is a graduate of Villanova University with a B.A. in Economics.  He is currently on the Board of Governors of the Real Estate Board of New York, a member of the Bank Executive Committee of the Mortgage Bankers Association and a steering committee member for an Association for a Better New York.

    Daniel J. Mullinger, Executive Vice President, Co-Head, PNC Real Estate Banking

    Daniel J. Mullinger is Executive Vice President and Co-Head of PNC Real Estate Banking. He has shared responsibility for the Real Estate Banking segment of PNC Real Estate which delivers lending and banking products for commercial real estate companies located throughout the United States. In this role, he has direct responsibilities for customers located in the Great Lakes, Central and West Regions. Additionally he oversees the support for customers located in Canada as well as the Bank’s Agency Warehouse Lending group. Mullinger has over 24 years of commercial banking and real estate experience having held various roles with large regional banks in Cincinnati and Cleveland, Ohio. He joined PNC through its acquisition of National City Corporation in December 2008 where he led the Real Estate Banking integration. Before being named to his current position in March 2018, he led PNC Real Estate Banking’s Western Region and served as Central Regional Manager prior to that role. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association Senior Lender Roundtable, The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the International Council of Shopping Centers and Urban Land Institute. He is a board member for the Northeastern Ohio Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation and Notre Dame Schools in Chardon, Ohio. Mullinger is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati where he received a B.S. in accounting and finance and earned an M.B.A from John Carroll University’s Boler School of Business.

    Joseph G. Stevens, Managing Director of Originations, Annaly Commercial Real Estate Group

    Joseph G. Stevens is a Managing Director of Originations at Annaly Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. Prior to joining Annaly in 2014, Mr. Stevens covered institutional clients for the real estate lending group at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.  From 2001 to 2009, Mr. Stevens managed a retail-focused alternative investment portfolio at Kimco Realty Corp. Prior to that, Mr. Stevens held various positions in real estate investments and lending at GE Capital Real Estate. Mr. Stevens has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and received his B.A. in Public Policy from Duke University.
