    John Randall, Executive Vice President, Grandbridge Real Estate Finance Capital LLC

    John is executive vice president and national production manager with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, one of the nation's largest full service commercial and multifamily mortgage banking firms. In this role John oversees the company's 21 loan origination offices.  Prior to joining Grandbridge, Randall served as senior vice president/managing director of commercial real estate lending at EverBank where he was responsible for establishing correspondent relationships throughout the country as well as leading all commercial real estate production.  The New England native earned a bachelor's degree in economics from American University in Washington, D.C. In addition to his active engagement with Mortgage Bankers Association and other industry groups, he also serves on advisory boards for a number of Grandbridge’s correspondent life insurance company lenders and is a member of Grandbridge's Board of Managers, Senior Leadership Team and Risk Committee.

    Will Mitchell, Chief Executive Officer, Rabbet

    Will started Rabbet after years of working as a real estate developer in Washington DC. Will, having always loved construction, got into fintech to solve the challenges that slow payment cycles are having on the industry. ​Will thrives on the ability that technology has to connect the real estate industry for the betterment of everyone involved. ​Will's background includes construction of homes, golf courses, apartment buildings and prison elevators. 

    Steven Powel, Executive Chairman, SitusAMC

    Steven J. Powel is the Executive Chairman of SitusAMC (previously Situs) Board of Directors and works with the CEO to support the Company’s Strategic Plan. Steve has more than 36 years of experience in the real estate industry, with 29 of those years spent at Situs and affiliates.  Prior to being named Executive Chairman of SitusAMC, Mr. Powel served as President, then Chief Executive Officer of Situs. During his tenure in these roles, assets under management increased from $15 billion to $175 billion, globally.  Mr. Powel was a driving force in the firm’s growth in become one of the preeminent consulting, outsourcing, talent and technology providers to the commercial real estate debt and equity markets. He was chief architect of the firm’s growth strategy, sales and marketing. Further, he led a number of strategic initiatives, such as the creation of Situs University, a structured in-house educational platform; Situs’ Consulting Staffing Solution; Situs’ Financial Services Solution; and Situs’ Platform Solutions, a unique client focused dedicated business model, which has become an industry accepted standard for deal execution in the commercial real estate capital markets industry. He also helped accelerate the firm’s digital foundation, overseeing technology investments that led to process improvement and helped advance Situs’ professional service offering.  In 2004, Steve led the firm’s expansion into Western Europe and Asia. He also championed the firm’s M&A activity, with the acquisition of RERC, the preeminent third-party valuation oversight firm in the banking and institutional real estate industry, and HPI, the leading NPL servicer in Europe. Additionally, he oversaw the firm’s expansion into residential mortgage market with the acquisitions of The Collingwood Group and MoutainView Financial Services. In 2019, he played a contributing role in bringing together Situs and AMC to form SitusAMC, the industry’s most comprehensive provider of consulting, outsourcing, talent and technology solutions across the life cycle of both commercial and residential debt and equity.  Mr. Powel participates in several industry trade organizations, sat on numerous boards, and served as a mentor and advisor to various leaders, associations and private companies.

    Bryan Doyle, Director, Operations and Technology, CBRE Capital Markets

    Bryan Doyle serves as the Director of Operations for CBRE’s Capital Markets division. In his role, Bryan oversees strategic partnerships and technology initiatives for the debt and structured finance business line and leads their integrated digital marketing and inside sales team. Bryan began his career as a broker at Marcus & Millichap before moving into an acquisitions role for a national student housing owner-operator. In 2013 Bryan moved into the technology industry joining Mitchell International, where he oversaw a line of software products for the financial services sector. Bryan returned to commercial real estate in 2016, taking his current position with CBRE.
