    Brian Stoffers, CMB, is Chairman-Elect of the Mortgage Bankers Association and Global President, Debt & Structured Finance at CBRE, a Fortune 500 and S&P 500 company headquartered in Los Angeles, and the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. Under his leadership, approximately 180 professionals have originated approximately $300 billion in loan volume since 2007. Additionally, this practice maintains a loan services portfolio of more than $180 billion globally.  Brian has extensive experience in the origination, structuring, placement, closing and servicing of commercial real estate debt for life insurance companies, pension funds, banks, debt funds and loans, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA and Wall Street sources.  Prior to the CB Richard Ellis acquisition of L.J. Melody in 1996, Brian served as senior vice president and Southwest Regional Manager for CB Commercial's mortgage banking division. He began his career with Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1981 and became a senior real estate finance officer in the firm's La Jolla, California, office. Brian currently serves on CBRE's Global Operating Committee.  An active MBA member for more than 25 years, Brian has served in several leadership positions within the organization. He currently serves as 2019 Chairman of MBA's Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Brian also serves on MBA's Executive Committee as well as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and co-chair of the GSE Reform Committee. Brian previously served on the Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Finance Board of Directors (COMBOG), and is the former Chairman of the Task Force on GSE Reform and Capital Markets Committee.  Brian is an author of numerous industry articles and a regular contributor to national and local publications. He is an experienced guest speaker, panelist and moderator for numerous organizations and industry conferences nationwide, including MBA.

    Steve Miller, CFA, CPA, Managing Director, Credit Analytics, Green Street Advisors

    Steve is a Managing Director leading the Credit Analytics group at Green Street. He is spearheading Green Street’s risk analytics practice focused on commercial real estate lending and debt market investment. The practice provides offerings that focus on optimizing portfolio performance, including credit risk analytics, financial and regulatory reporting, benchmarking and strategic positioning. Steve is a seasoned executive with over thirty years of commercial real estate investment management experience covering the full spectrum of public, private, debt, and equity markets. He is a member of the Risk Management Association (RMA), Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), American Bankers Association (ABA), and the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC).

    Prior to joining Green Street in 2018, Steve spent nearly eight years as Director of Risk Analytics at the CoStar Group, leading the Capital Markets and Risk Analytics Advisory practice. Before that, Steve held various senior leadership roles at PM Realty Advisors (a subsidiary of Pacific Life), GE Financial Assurance, Washington Mutual/JP Morgan Chase, and Property & Portfolio Research. He started his career at Kenneth Leventhal & Company, a real estate accounting firm that later merged with Ernst & Young LLP. Steve graduated from the University of Southern California. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

    Stephanie Holder, Senior Director & Head of Dispositions and Financing, Invesco Real Estate

    Stephanie Holder is Senior Director and Head of Dispositions and Financing for Invesco Real Estate (IRE), in Dallas, Texas.  She is responsible for sourcing investment level financing for all funds and separate accounts as well the national disposition efforts of all IRE investments across product types. Under her lead, the team is responsible for a combined average of $6B in transactions annually. Mrs. Holder is a member of both IRE’s Direct Investment Committee and IRE’s Structured Investment Committee. She began her career as an analyst for Lincoln Property company and subsequently joined IRE in 2008, working with the Acquisitions team as an underwriter. Shortly thereafter, she transitioned to the Dispositions and Financing team that she manages today. Ms. Holder also serves as co-chair of Invesco Women’s Network Dallas’ Chapter.  

    T. Anthony Premer, 2020 COMBOG Chair and Head of Real Estate Investments, Pacific Life Insurance Company

    Tony Premer serves as the Head of Real Estate Investments with responsibility for the company’s debt and equity investments in commercial real estate. In this role, Mr. Premer directs strategy for investments in mortgage loans, real estate securities, and wholly owned or joint venture investments in commercial real estate properties and funds. He also oversees the asset management function in Real Estate Investments that administers assets for Pacific Life, affiliates and third parties.  Total assets under management exceed $29 billion.

    Before he joined Pacific Life in 1993, Mr. Premer held positions with a private REIT in Southern California and as a real estate consultant for the firm now known as Deloitte.

    Cassandra E. Clark, Managing Director, JP Morgan Chase

    Cassandra E. Clark, Managing Director, is the Head of the Real Estate Americas (REA) Debt Capital Markets Group at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. In this role, she is responsible for sourcing and managing the borrowings of all of the commingled funds and separate account clients advised by REA, one of the largest Real Estate platforms in the industry with over $27 Billion in gross loan commitments. During her time in REA, she has overseen the closing of $32Bn of transactions. She is also responsible for mezzanine loan valuation for the domestic platform and is a voting member of the Investment Committee within the Commercial Mortgage Loan Business. Prior to joining the group, Cassandra was a Vice President within J.P. Morgan's Commercial Bank focusing on Investor Real Estate loan origination for the bank's high new worth clients. Cassandra began her career as a credit analyst in the Commercial Bank's Asset Based Lending Group. She is a member of New York Women Executives in Real Estate (WX) and serves on the WX Mentoring Committee. Cassandra graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross. Cassandra resides in Manhattan with her husband and three daughters.
