    Thomas A. Dryden, Chief Information Security Officer, Berkadia

    Thomas Dryden is the Chief Information Security Officer for Berkadia, where he is responsible for maintaining the security, privacy, and integrity of Berkadia’s technology assets. In his more than 15 years of tenure with Berkadia and its predecessor companies, including Capmark Finance and GMAC Commercial Mortgage, Mr. Dryden has held numerous technology leadership positions where he advised on risk, compliance, cybersecurity, and managing cloud migrations. Mr. Dryden is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association, the Scrum Alliance, and the Mortgage Bankers Association CRE Technology Leadership Roundtable. He attended Pennsylvania State University and has been recognized as a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) by ISACA.

    Amy Frazey, CPA, Assistant Vice President, Investment Administration, StanCorp Mortgage Investors, LLC

    Amy Frazey began her involvement in the commercial real estate finance industry in October 2004 as the Assistant Vice President, Investment Administration for StanCorp Mortgage Investors, LLC (SMI), a subsidiary of StanCorp Financial Group, Inc. the holding company of Standard Insurance Company (SIC). In her current role she leads the reporting, accounting, servicing and operations associated with their commercial real estate portfolio which is in excess of $10.9 billion and 6,000 loans.

    Prior to joining SMI, she spent four years as the Treasury and Financial Services Manager at SIC and six years in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Amy served on the COMBOG Servicer Council as Chair and Vice Chair between 2016-2018.  She was also on the board of the Oregon Mortgage Bankers Association from 2008 to 2015. Amy earned a B.S. in Business - Accounting from Montana State University and became an Oregon State CPA while at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.

    Joni Brown-Haas, President, PGIM Real Estate Finance

    Joni Brown-Haas is President of Prudential Asset Resources, the asset management and servicing group of PGIM Real Estate Finance.  She leads a team of 125+ professionals responsible for all servicing and asset management operations related to PGIM Real Estate Finance’s loan servicing portfolio across multiple capital sources valued at $98.2 billion as of March 31, 2019. Assets under management include Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, Ag, international and the company’s general account.

    Joni joined Prudential Asset Resources in 2005 and has served in various capacities. In her prior role as COO, Joni partnered closely with the senior management team to manage strategic planning and decision making, oversee the daily operational activities, disseminate internal communications, set goals for performance and growth, and promote company culture and vision.

    In addition to Joni’s role as COO, she was responsible for the management and oversight of the Servicing, Administrative Operations and Business Support Services teams. She was charged with the implementation of all servicing functions associated with PGIM’s commercial loan portfolio.  Joni has more than 30 years of experience in the residential and commercial mortgage service industries. She has held senior positions with ORIX Capital Markets LLC, First Horizon Home Loan Corporation, Citicorp and Fleet Mortgage Group.

    Over the course of her career, Joni has been involved in leadership and development training.  Joni is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), and serves on the Commercial Certified Mortgage Servicer (CCMS) Qualifications Committee and is vice-chairman of the Servicer Council.

    Christopher P. Fielder, Director, Digital & Technology, CBRE Loan Services, Inc.

    Chris has been in the mortgage loan servicing industry since 1987.  Over the years, he has managed various departments including Investor Reporting, Escrow Administration, Cash Administration, Asset Management, Compliance, Information Technology and Business Analytics.  In his current role, Chris’ primary responsibilities include over-site of the following areas:  New Loan Setup, Conversions, Billing, ARM’s, Cash Administration, Investor Reporting, Escrow Administration, Document Management, iSeries application development, SQL application development, and IT Security.  Chris leads the strategic and planning phases of our IT team, including hardware and software requirements, procurement, testing and implementation.  Chris also plays a vital role in all Operations and IT Compliance reviews, including USAP, SSAE 18, Corporate IT Security reviews, SCABBA (Source Code Assisted Black Box Assessment) reviews, and IT Certification requirements.  Chris takes on a lead role in CBRE Loan Services Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery implementation and testing.  Chris is a graduate of Control Data Institute with an educational emphasis in Computer Technology.
