    Colleen Larkin, CRI, Managing Director, NYL Real Estate Investors

    Colleen Larkin is Managing Director at New York Life Real Estate Investors overseeing Loan Closing, Loan Servicing & Real Estate Intelligence. She is also responsible for managing all technology initiatives on behalf of Real Estate Investors.  Ms. Larkin began her career at New York Life in 1991 as an accountant and over the course of her tenure held various accounting and asset management positions. Ms. Larkin earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Scranton.  She is a Charter holder of the Chartered Realty Investor Society and a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association Life Company Servicer Executive Roundtable.

    Bryan Doyle, Director, Operations & Technology, CBRE Capital Markets

    Bryan Doyle serves as the Director of Operations for CBRE’s Capital Markets division. In his role Bryan oversees strategic partnerships and technology initiatives for the debt and structured finance business line and leads their integrated digital marketing and inside sales team.

    Bryan began his career as a broker at Marcus & Millichap before moving into an acquisitions role for a national student housing owner/operator. In 2013 Bryan moved into the technology industry joining Mitchell International a KKR portfolio company where he oversaw a line of software products for the finance industry. In 2016 Bryan returned to the commercial real estate industry taking his current position with the Debt and Structured Finance team.

    Jason Berry, Chief Operating Officer, Barry Slatt Mortgage Company

    With more than 27 years of experience in commercial real estate, Jason Berry has a proven track record of innovative operations as well as leading cross-functional teams for complex operations. Prior to full-time engagement with Barry Slatt Mortgage, Jason served as both interim Chief Operating Officer and regional leader of the California brokerage offices for CBC Advisors, the largest franchisee in the Coldwell Banker Commercial system. Jason’s background included serving as the Chief Operating Officer from 2000 to 2012 for BT Commercial which helped launch Cassidy Turley in 2010. After the successful merger with Cassidy Turley in 2012, he became the Executive Managing Director of the Northern California region prior to leaving the firm in 2015 with the sale to Cushman & Wakefield.

    Bob Wright, CMB, CCMS, Director, Business Development, SS&C

    Robert G. Wright, CMB, CCMS – Bob joined SS&C Technologies as Director of Business Development and is responsible for delivering next generation technology solutions for the commercial real estate finance industry, including the Precision LM system and AWD workflow solutions.  Prior to SS&C, he was a SVP at PNC’s Midland Loan Services division for 23 years with extensive operational oversight responsibilities throughout the loan servicing division, including technology prioritization, innovation and process improvement, business development and account management, career development, and training.  He earned his MBA from the University of Kansas in Finance and BSBA from the University of Missouri, with a dual major in Finance and Real Estate.
