    Victor Calanog is the Head of Commercial Real Estate Economics at Moody’s Analytics. Prior to the acquisition he served as the Chief Economist and Senior Vice President at REIS. He plays key roles in the firm’s thought leadership, forecasting, analytics, and advisory services for the commercial real estate industry. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), serves as Managing Editor for the CRE Finance Council, and is part of the Board of Directors of the Counselors of Real Estate ®.

    Charles Ostroff, Senior Vice President and Multifamily Chief Credit Officer,, Fannie Mae

    Charles Ostroff is a Senior Vice President and Multifamily Chief Credit Officer, reporting to the Executive Vice President of Multifamily. Charles is responsible for establishing the strategic framework to analyze, manage, and mitigate credit risk for Multifamily’s mortgage business. He also leads, oversees, and implements credit and underwriting standards to ensure the creation and application of prudent risk strategies, techniques, and practices for the Multifamily Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS®) program and the division’s mortgage business.

    Jeffrey Erxleben, Executive Vice President, Northmarq

    Jeff is responsible for oversight of NorthMarq’s Debt and Equity platform, which spans the U.S. in 40 regional offices. He collaborates with NorthMarq’s Investment Sales and Loan Servicing to deliver market-leading solutions across the capital markets. As a member of the executive committee focused on growth, talent, and innovation, Jeff heads NorthMarq’s Associate Producer Program, an industry-pioneering program instrumental in the development of emerging leaders throughout the company. Jeff brings more than 20 years of experience in the capital markets, advising clients on a wide range of joint venture equity, structured finance, and core debt strategies. His capital relationships span the full spectrum of the market from his previous experience as a member of Fannie Mae’s Originator Subcommittee, Freddie Mac’s Seller Servicer Advisory Board, and his current advisory role with several major correspondent life companies. Jeff has also served as past chair of the Mortgage Bankers Association Originator Council and is an active member within National Multifamily Housing Council. Jeff is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, where he is actively involved in the Folsom Institute for Real Estate and SMU’s Life After Ball program.

    Angela Mago, President, Key Commercial Bank, Key Commercial Bank & Real Estate Capital, KeyCorp

    Angela Mago is President of Key Commercial Bank and Real Estate Capital. She is also a member of KeyCorp’s Executive Council and Executive Leadership Team. In her current role, Angela is responsible for directing strategic growth and business development activities across Key’s footprint for middle market clients and prospects.  In addition, she also directs business development activities for Key’s commercial real estate clients and prospects nationally. In her 35 years at Key, Angela Mago has served in other leadership roles including Co-Head of Key Corporate Bank and Group Head of KeyBank Real Estate Capital. Angela also led KeyBank Real Estate Capital’s Healthcare and Commercial Mortgage groups. In leading these teams, Angela substantially increased loan originations, non-interest fee income and PPNR by leveraging Key’s differentiated capabilities. She also improved overall business processes by implementing technology, strong performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Angela received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in finance from Case Western Reserve University. Angela serves on both the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Board of Directors and Commercial and Multifamily Finance Board of Governors.  She also serves as the Treasurer of Neighborhood Progress, Inc., a Cleveland based non-profit organization involved in community development and capacity building in Northeast Ohio.
