    Stacy Ackermann, Partner, K&L Gates, LLP

    Stacy G. Ackermann is a finance partner in the firm’s Charlotte office and is a practice area leader for the firm’s global finance practice. Her work includes the representation of servicers, lenders, investors, and other market participants in all aspects of various financial and credit market transactions. Stacy has extensive experience representing servicers of commercial mortgage-backed securities, including securitizations, the purchase and sale of servicing rights and loan workout and restructurings. She also regularly represents servicers and lenders in all other aspects of loan-level asset management, including loan assumptions, leasing matters and defeasances.

    Stephanie Wiggins, Head of Production, Agency Lending, PGIM Real Estate

    Stephanie Wiggins is Managing Director/Head of Production for PGIM Real Estate. She leads loan originations for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Affordable and FHA multifamily loans. Stephanie is an accomplished senior leader with over 30 years of success in the commercial real estate financial sector. In addition, Stephanie is deeply committed to advancing the tenets of diversity, equity and inclusion in the commercial real estate industry. Stephanie is an active member of industry associations. She serves as a board member of the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association, a professional association of affordable housing and multifamily key stakeholders. In addition, Stephanie holds key roles within several industry associations, including memberships in the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI’s) Public Private Partnership Council, ULI’s Women’s Leadership Initiative, and ULI’s Young Leaders Group mentor program; Mortgage Bankers Association’s COMBOG council, and MBA’s Capital Council as Vice Chair; Real Estate Executive Council (REEC); and Real Estate Network Empowering Women (RENEW). Within PGIM, Stephanie serves as an Executive Sponsor of Girls Who Invest and is a member of PGIM’s Black Executive Leadership Team (BELT). Stephanie also serves as a board member for The Campagna Center, a nonprofit organization that provides educational and social development programs for underserved children, teens and adults in Alexandria, Virginia.

    Jack Gay, Managing Director, Global Head of Commercial Real Estate Debt, Nuveen Real Estate

    Jack is a managing director and oversees the origination, portfolio management and business development activities for Nuveen Real Estate globally. Previously, Jack was lead portfolio manager and head of the TIAA General Account portfolio management team responsible for the company’s general account investments in real estate, including equity real estate, commercial mortgages and single asset CMBS investments. Other prior roles include heading capital markets activities and managing commercial mortgage production teams for both the eastern and western regions of the U.S. Jack previously worked at J.P. Morgan Chase in a variety of roles including CMBS lending, real estate asset dispositions and loan workouts. Jack graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University. He is a member of Nuveen Real Estate’s Investment Committee and Global Executive Leadership Team. Jack holds leadership positions in several major industry associations including board member of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council, member of the Board of Governors for the Mortgage Bankers Association, Chairman of the Capital Council of the Mortgage Bankers Association and member of the Mortgage and Real Estate Officer’s Council.

    Patrick Mattson, Managing Director, President & COO, KKR Real Estate Finance Trust

    Patrick Mattson is a Managing Director at KKR and is the Chief Operating Officer of the Real Estate Credit group and the President and Chief Operating Officer of KKR Real Estate Finance Trust Inc. (NYSE: KREF). He is a member of the Real Estate Credit Investment Committee and Portfolio Management Committee. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Mattson was a managing director at Rialto Capital Management and led the mezzanine debt platform. Prior to Rialto, he was at Morgan Stanley and held various positions within the commercial real estate groups, most recently on the securitized products trading desk where he was responsible for the structuring, distribution and pricing of new issue Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS).

    Christine Chandler, Chief Credit Officer and Chief Operating Officer, M&T Realty Capital Corporation

    Christine Chandler has over 30 years experience in the CREF industry.  She is the Chief Credit Officer and Chief Operating Officer for M&T Realty Capital Corporation (MTRCC.)  In this role, Christine is responsible for making credit decisions for MTRCC’s Multifamily and Healthcare transactions underwritten in the Agency and FHA platforms and Balance Sheet lending as well as managing company operations. Currently serves as Vice Chair of the MBA Commercial Real Estate / Multifamily Board of Governors (COMBOG) and is a member of the MBA Board of Directors.  Most recently, Chandler was appointed to the MBA Audit Committee.  Chandler served two years as the Co-Chair of the MBA Affordable Rental Housing Advisory Council.
