    Andrew Bennett, Director, Bank of America

    Andrew Bennett is a Director and West Region Manager for the Real Estate Structured Finance Group at Bank of America.  His production responsibilities focus on the origination of floating and fixed rate, non-recourse, CMBS and balance sheet debt throughout the United States.  For over 20 years Andrew has worked for Bank of America in commercial real estate finance and while currently based in Seattle, WA, he has also spent time in San Francisco, CA, Newport Beach, CA and New York, NY. Andrew has a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from Washington State University and is currently a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

    Heidi Rua, Senior Managing Director, Newmark

    Heidi Rua is an experienced and respected leader in the multifamily closing space with over 15 years in the industry. She takes pride in providing the best client experience possible, and is driven by her passion for operational excellence. As Head of GSE Closing for Newmark, her goals include incorporating new technology to improve the organizational effectiveness of the company, promoting diversity and inclusion within CREF, and constantly improving processes to cement Newmark’s position as an industry leader.

    Jonathan Pratt, Senior Vice President, Capital One Commercial Real Estate

    Jonathan Pratt experienced Director with a demonstrated history of working in the commercial real estate industry. Skilled in Budgeting, Analytical Skills, Market Analysis, Market Research, and Lease Administration. Strong professional with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) focused in English Language and Literature/Letters from BYU.

    Samantha Miller, Vice President, Key Commercial Bank & Real Estate Capital, KeyBank

    Samantha is a vice president and mortgage banker at KeyBank Real Estate Capital, based in Chicago. She focuses on multifamily originations, new business development and relationship management for real estate owners, investors and developers. Prior to KeyBank she was a senior producer at Freddie Mac, originating $3.5B per year. She specializes in student housing, manufactured housing, and homesharing. She is vice chair of mPact, the MBA's young professional board and is also involved in the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and Real Estate Financial Forum. She earned her BBA in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Marketing from University of Wisconsin Madison.

    Vince Toye, Managing Director, JP Morgan Chase

    Vince Toye is Managing Director, Head of Agency and Off-Balance Sheet (OBS) Lending for Commercial Banking at JPMorgan Chase. The national Agency and OBS platform provides JPMorgan Chase’s commercial real estate clients access to a broad suite of lending and credit solutions through Government-Sponsored Enterprise partnerships. With two decades of experience in commercial real estate finance, Toye joined JPMorgan Chase from Wells Fargo, where he served as Executive Vice President and Group Head for Community Lending and Investment. Previously, he served as Head of Production for Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital, where he managed the Government-Sponsored Enterprise originations team, increasing production, and overseeing Wells Fargo’s relationships with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
