Nearly every firm these days knows it needs to "get digital." At the same time, loan officers are feeling increasing pressure from online lenders. Research shows that even Millennials and Gen Z first-time home buyers want a trusted expert to talk to—but someone who is easily available to them on-demand across social, mobile, and digital, and is a trusted advisor rather than transactional product pusher. In this provocative talk, bestselling author, Starbucks board director, and Hearsay founder and CEO Clara Shih shares how traditional mortgage firms must modernize and digitally enable their LOs for success in a digital era. Join us in the Exhibitor Area following the session to meet Ms. Shih and receive a complimentary copy of her book, The Social Business Imperative.
