    Lauren Pryor is a partner at Mayer Brown LLP and co-head of the Financial Institutions M&A group.  Lauren focuses her practice on counseling clients in M&A, corporate and business transactional matters in the financial services industry, including advising publicly held and private companies involved in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and transfers of assets in the mortgage space.  Lauren frequently represents mortgage originators and servicers in equity and asset transactions, joint ventures and mortgage servicing rights deals.  Lauren was recognized by HousingWire magazine in June 2019 as a HousingWire Rising Star among leaders and innovators in the mortgage industry.

    Christopher Witeck, Partner, Buckley LLP

    Chris Witeck, who serves as Buckley LLP’s Chief Operating Partner, represents financial services entities in negotiating a wide variety of corporate transactions, including company M&A, asset purchases, and critical vendor and other third-party relationships. His clients include banks, mortgage companies and servicers, marketplace and other lenders, fintech and emerging payments providers, and other business entities in the financial services industry.  Mr. Witeck represents buyers and sellers of mortgage loans and other consumer lending assets, including interests such as mortgage servicing rights, and regularly negotiates many varieties of servicing and subservicing contracts.  His regulatory practice focuses on advising lenders and servicers on matters involving the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, including affiliated business arrangements, portfolio retention transactions, and vendor management issues. He is also a leading counselor to loan sellers on Regulation AB requirements.

    Garth Graham is a Senior Partner at STRATMOR Group’, a 30 year old mortgage banking consulting firm. Graham has over 25 years of experience in mortgage banking, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to successful startups. He is a true pioneer of the Digital Mortgage, as one of the founders of mortgage.com, and was an executive at Top 5 lender ABN-AMRO Mortgage before it’s $9 billion sales to Citigroup in March of 2007 which closed before the market downturn. Good timing!  Garth is a frequent speaker at national conventions, corporate events, and technology conferences. And always with a balance of data, insights, and jokes.

    Robert Losquadro, Senior Vice President, Houlihan Lokey

    Robert Losquadro is a senior member of Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Institutions Group. He specializes in advising financial services companies on M&A, capital raising and other strategic advisory engagements.  He has extensive experience working with specialty finance companies, with a specific focus on the residential real estate and mortgage sector. For over ten years, Robert has advised on M&A transactions, capital markets, and financial restructuring engagements involving mortgage companies ranging from publicly traded companies to founder-owned, private businesses.  Previously, Robert was at Milestone Advisors in Washington, D.C. where he focused on specialty finance and mortgage finance M&A and capital raising.  Prior to joining Milestone, he focused on distressed debt acquisitions and turnaround situations for the Denver-based investment firm, Republic Financial Corporation.
