He also serves as Chairman of the California MBA Mortgage Technology and Marketing Committee. He currently leads agency growth initiatives in the mortgage and fintech sectors.

    Scott Harris is CEO and Co-Founder of BuyersRoad Inc. and its SocialSurvey platform, a leading enterprise online reputation management solution.  Under his leadership, SocialSurvey has gathered nearly half a million reviews for its tens of thousands of users. Beginning in the mortgage lending space, SocialSurvey has expanded into the car rental, and insurance verticals.  Prior to founding SocialSurvey, Scott has created innovative technology solutions in the mortgage industry for the past 15 years. Scott’s high impact technology solutions include automated services for creating real estate listings, loan officer recruiting bots and automated tools for the loan closing process.  Additionally, Scott has held senior executive positions in both mortgage lending and real estate companies. He started his career as a Realtor and investor.

    Garth E. Graham, Senior Partner, STRATMOR GROUP

    Garth Graham heads STRATMOR Group’s sales marketing strategy and execution consulting, which focuses on lead generation and lead management methods and practices primarily for the Consumer Direct and Retail mortgage origination channels.  Garth has more than 25 years of experience in sales and marketing, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to successful startups, including management of two of the most successful e-commerce platforms.  A sought-after speaker, Garth has been quoted extensively in industry periodicals, resulting in more than 40 million press impressions over his career. He studied Economics and Computer Science at the University of Virginia and has completed Six Sigma Champion and Green Belt Training.

    Barbara Yolles, Chief Strategy Officer, The Money Source

    Barbara Yolles, Chief Strategy Officer of TMS, is a 25-year advertising agency veteran. She has architected the brand and growth strategy for TMS, relaunching and repositioning the brand in January this year with its Grow Happiness campaign. Prior to joining TMS last year, Yolles was the brains behind the brand and growth strategies for UWM, where she was instrumental in putting their brand on the map and 4x growth to the #1 wholesale lender in America. Yolles is known for her ability to disrupt category conventions and accelerate growth for the companies she has worked. Her career spans corporate marketing at McDonald’s where she was part of launching the Dollar Menu to global advertising agencies like McCann and Campbell Ewald.
