  Elijah Pallante, Senior Vice President, Enterprise Innovation, loanDepot.com, LLC

  Elijah Pallante oversees digital strategy and operational efficiency for loanDepot, as the Senior Vice President, Enterprise Innovation. He has been with the company for more than five years and has over 15 years of industry experience covering mortgage, non-performing loans and asset management (aka NPL). Prior to joining loanDepot, Pallante headed REO operations at Arch Bay Capital, as well as Operations Risk for Discover Home Loans. He also served in leadership roles at MBNA, NationPoint, LendingTree, Auction.com and Kondaur Capital Corp. Pallante holds a degree in Labor Law from Pennsylvania State University.

  Nicholas Volpe, Chief Strategy Officer, ACES Risk Management

  

  Mr. Volpe has over 20 years experience in the mortgage industry providing products to both mortgage lenders and servicers.  He was on the original team at The Murrayhill Company and was integral in pioneering credit risk oversight for mortgage loan securitizations. Before joining ARMCO, Volpe helped established origination and servicing quality control businesses and lead integration teams in multiple acquisitions. Mr. Volpe is a subject matter expert in the mortgage space authoring multiple articles and speaking at industry events. As Chief Strategy Officer at ARMCO, Nick will map the course for future product development, execute corporate initiatives, and work directly with clients to chart market needs. 

  Tara Pettersen, Senior Vice President, Risk Management, CMG Financial

  

  Tara Pettersen is the Senior Vice President of Risk Management for CMG Mortgage, Inc. dba CMG Financial.  In this role she oversees Compliance, Licensing, Fraud, Vendor Management, Quality Control, External Audit, and  functionally oversees Internal Audit. Tara works closely with Correspondent, Wholesale, Retail, and Executive Management to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
