    Geordie Enell is the Model Risk Officer and AVP of Model Risk at Arch US Mortgage Insurance.  Previously, Geordie worked at FICO as Director of Product Management for Scores and Director of Software Development and he has developed, managed, and assessed predictive solutions for Risk, Fraud, and AML for a variety of clients and employers.  He holds an MA and BA in Applied Mathematics from CSU, Fullerton.

    Stephen C. Mackey, Independent Consultant

    Steve is currently an independent financial services consultant with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. Most recently Steve served as EVP and CRO for MGIC where he led the transformation of Risk Management through implementation of a comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management program and established best-in-class credit analytics. Prior to MGIC, Steve was with JP Morgan Chase & Company where he had held a number of risk executive positions both in the mortgage bank and investment bank and served as SVP and Controller of the mortgage bank. His diverse background includes various leadership positions with Fannie Mae, where he worked for 13 years. Earlier in his career Steve held positions with the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (the predecessor to the Federal Housing Finance Agency), the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, CFO of a successful start-up community bank; and as a CPA with KPMG. Mr. Mackey earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Michigan State University and his Master of Science degree in finance from The George Washington University.
