    Marcia Davies is Chief Operating Officer for the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). As COO, Marcia is responsible for ensuring cross organizational alignment and facilitating the implementation of strategic initiatives, as well as maintaining oversight of key organizational priorities. She is also the lead strategist for MBA's external activities, providing leadership, guidance and overall management to the public affairs and marketing divisions. In addition, Marcia provides strategic direction and management of MBA's Conferences, Membership, Education, Information Technology and Office Services divisions. She also provides management oversight to and is a Board member of MBA's Opens Doors Foundation. Previously, Marcia worked at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), as Senior Advisor to the Assistant Secretary for Housing and Federal Housing Commissioner. She directed HUD's industry relations program to strengthen relationships, garner support, streamline communications and resolve policy and regulatory issues. Before joining HUD, Marcia spent 21 years at Freddie Mac, where she held a variety of officer positions in communications, customer outreach, marketing, servicer relations and policy. Marcia leads MBA's networking platform for women in the real estate finance industry, mPower - MBA Promoting Opportunities for Women to Extend their Reach. Marcia is a member of Women in Housing Finance and the International Women's Leadership Association. In 2015, she was honored by HousingWire as one of its 2015 Women of Influence.

    David H. Stevens, CMB , President and Chief Executive Officer , Mortgage Bankers Association

    David Stevens, CMB is President and CEO of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). Prior to assuming this position, Dave served as the Assistant Secretary for Housing and Federal Housing Commissioner at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  Dave has more than 30 years of experience in mortgage finance and has held several executive level positions in sales, acquisition, investment, risk management and regulatory oversight, including positions in senior management with Wells Fargo, Freddie Mac and World Savings. Prior to his appointment by the Obama Administration to serve at HUD, Dave was President and COO of the Long and Foster Companies.  He is known inside the beltway as a key housing influential; serving as an industry authority on major mortgage finance legislative and regulatory issues. Dave is often quoted in the national media and regularly appears trade media on issues affecting the mortgage and housing markets.
    In 2013, Dave received the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Founders Award, presented to individuals that have distinguished themselves by their work in support of sustainable Hispanic homeownership to improve the quality of life for Hispanics in America. He has been named to Bloomberg’s “50 Most Powerful People in Real Estate” list, and twice recognized as one of the “Top 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders” by Inman News and named one of Swanepoel REAL ESTATE TRENDS Report’s top ten "Newsmakers" of the year. Most recently, Dave was named to Mortgage Professional America's "The Hot 100 List." Dave received the Certified Mortgage Banker designation in October, 2015.
    He currently serves on the Hope Loan Port board of directors, the board of MBA Opens Doors Foundation, MBA's national 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization for philanthropic ventures, and as an advisory board member of the newly formed J. Ronald Terwilliger Foundation for Housing America's Families.

    Debra W. Still, CMB, is President and Chief Executive Officer of Pulte Financial Services, which includes Pulte Mortgage LLC, PGP Title and PCIC Insurance and employs over 800 individuals throughout the U.S. Still is also President and CEO of Pulte Mortgage, a nationwide lender headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, which has helped more than 400,000 homebuyers finance their new home purchases since 1972. Pulte Financial Services is a part of PulteGroup, America’s largest homebuilder with operations in 31 states and the District of Columbia.  Still has more than three decades of experience in the mortgage industry. She joined Pulte Mortgage in 1983, as Vice President/Branch Manager of the Maryland Division and subsequently held that position with the Dallas/Fort Worth Division. In June 1997, she was promoted to Executive Vice President, Production, and in October of that year was appointed to the Pulte Mortgage Board of Directors and named Corporate Secretary. Still became Chief Operating Officer in 1999, and in August 2004, was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. She was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Pulte Financial Services in 2010.  Still served as the 2013 Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association and is currently a member of the association's Board of Directors, Chair of the Affordable Housing Subgroup and a member of MBA’s Consumer Affairs Advisory Council. Still was awarded MBA’s Andrew D. Woodward Distinguished Service Award in 2014. As an active MBA member for more than a decade, Still has also served as Chair of MBA's Residential Board of Governors (RESBOG,) Chairman of MBA’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee, Chairman of the Council for Residential Mortgage Servicing for the 21st Century and was Chair of the MBA Forward Task Force.     Susan Stewart joined SWBC in 1989 and serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of SWBC Mortgage Corporation. Beginning with just 3 employees, Susan has grown the company to the over 615 individuals operating in 34 states with annual sales in excess of 3 billion and a servicing portfolio exceeding 8 billion. Additionally, she has guided the company through multiple acquisitions and the approval process to become an approved seller/servicer for both FNMA and FHLMC, and an approved GNMA issuer.  Susan received her BBA from the University of the Incarnate Word. She currently serves as a member of the board of the Mortgage Bankers Association, the MBA’s Residential Board of Governors, and the Open’s Doors Foundation. She is a past president of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association and the San Antonio Mortgage Bankers. In addition, she was appointed to the Texas Mortgage Industry Advisory Committee by the Commissioner of the Texas Savings and Mortgage Banking Division.     Dorinda Smith , President and Chief Executive Officer , SunTrust Mortgage, Inc.

    Dorinda Smith is the SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. President and Chief Executive Officer, effective November 1, 2015. As Chief Executive, Dorinda has responsibility for the financial (P&L) contribution of the Mortgage LOB to SunTrust Banks. She oversees National Sales and Production, Mortgage Risk, Mortgage Operations, Capital Markets, the Mortgage Business Information office, Strategy and Regulatory relations. Nearly 3,000 SunTrust teammates are in the Mortgage organization.  The Mortgage segment has more than 800,000 clients in its servicing portfolio, and originates more than 80,000 home loans or refinances each year.  Prior to being named President of SunTrust Mortgage, Dorinda was the Correspondent Production Manager for SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. She was responsible for sales and operations for the Correspondent channel. During her tenure in that position, she launched the non-delegated platform to meet the needs of smaller community banks as well as independently owned mortgage companies. Dorinda joined SunTrust Mortgage in 1996, and has also held management roles in the Consumer Direct and Wholesale channels.  Before joining SunTrust, Smith managed commercial real estate portfolios for Perpetual Savings Bank in Tysons Corner, Virginia and the Resolution Trust Corporation.

    Shawn Krause , Executive Vice President , Quicken Loans, Inc.

    Shawn Krause is the Executive Vice President at Quicken Loans. In this role, she leads the company’s government advocacy program in Washington, D.C. The team works alongside lawmakers on Capitol Hill, regulatory agencies, and key influencers within the industries represented by the more than 100 and growing Quicken Loans’ Family of Companies.  She has more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage & housing industry. Shawn joined Quicken Loans in 1991 as a loan processor and quickly ascended through the ranks, holding numerous positions that touched on nearly every area of the company.     Lisa Sun is Founder & CEO of Project Gravitas, a company whose origin story dates back to Sun’s first professional review: that she “lacked gravitas” and “should go buy a new dress, big jewelry, and great shoes.” Realizing the transformative power that clothing can have, Sun secured the global patent on building shapewear into dresses and launched Project Gravitas as a vertically-integrated ecommerce company that offers innovative apparel and styling solutions designed to give every woman a confident sense of self. Prior to founding Project Gravitas, Sun spent 11 years at McKinsey & Company where she advised leading luxury, fashion, and beauty brands globally on strategic and operational issues.

    Marcia Davies is Chief Operating Officer for the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). As COO, Marcia is responsible for ensuring cross organizational alignment and facilitating the implementation of strategic initiatives, as well as maintaining oversight of key organizational priorities. She is also the lead strategist for MBA's external activities, providing leadership, guidance and overall management to the public affairs and marketing divisions. In addition, Marcia provides strategic direction and management of MBA's Conferences, Membership, Education, Information Technology and Office Services divisions. She also provides management oversight to and is a Board member of MBA's Opens Doors Foundation. Previously, Marcia worked at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), as Senior Advisor to the Assistant Secretary for Housing and Federal Housing Commissioner. She directed HUD's industry relations program to strengthen relationships, garner support, streamline communications and resolve policy and regulatory issues. Before joining HUD, Marcia spent 21 years at Freddie Mac, where she held a variety of officer positions in communications, customer outreach, marketing, servicer relations and policy. Marcia leads MBA's networking platform for women in the real estate finance industry, mPower - MBA Promoting Opportunities for Women to Extend their Reach. Marcia is a member of Women in Housing Finance and the International Women's Leadership Association. In 2015, she was honored by HousingWire as one of its 2015 Women of Influence.
