Housing for MBA's National Advocacy Conference is now closed.
MBA is no longer accepting new reservations, changes or cancellations. The hotel is in the process of entering our rooming list into their system. Confirmation numbers will be sent the week of March 17th to the email address you provided for your reservation.
For changes to existing reservations made through MBA, please contact the hotel after you have received your confirmation number. Penalties for no-shows or early departures will be enforced, so please check your confirmation thoroughly.

Hotel Reservation Policies:
All reservations must be secured with a credit card valid through the month of departure. Checks will be accepted. If you have special housing needs please note them in the special requests section so we can let the hotel know. A credit card is still required to hold the room. To avoid a one night's room and tax charge, reservations must be canceled at least 3 (three) days prior to scheduled arrival. No-show fees will be treated as cancellations and charged for one night's room and tax. To avoid possible early checkout fees, please advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
