    Austin Kilgore is the editor in chief of National Mortgage News and a contributing editor to American Banker, where he writes and edits digital and print content covering the entire spectrum of mortgage finance. Kilgore has previously served as an editor, reporter and photographer at numerous newspapers, magazines and online publications covering technology, financial services, real estate and public affairs.     Cecelia Raine, Director in Strategic Delivery, Freddie Mac

    Cecelia Raine is a Director in Strategic Delivery, part of the Single-Family Division at Freddie Mac.

    In her role, Ms. Raine is responsible for leading several ongoing initiatives related to transforming Freddie Mac’s Servicing experience for our servicing partners.  Her current responsibilities include the leadership of the Reimagine Servicing Program and execution of a multi-year plan to transform strategic aspects of servicing and default.

    Ms. Raine has worked in the mortgage industry for over 33 years. Prior to joining Freddie Mac in May 2018, she worked at Black Knight Financial Services for 10 years in a variety of positions including SVP, Strategic Consulting (while it was formerly known as LPS), as well as Enterprise Account Director in Business Intelligence. Ms. Raine also worked at Fannie Mae for 11 years as a Portfolio Manager and Special Project Leader. Before her work at Fannie Mae, she held leadership positions at several servicers transforming default areas through process overhaul, leveraging technology and vendor partnerships, and participating in the development of new and innovative loss mitigation tools.

    Ms. Raine graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Medaille College in Buffalo, New York.

    Ms. Raine has also been recognized for her industry knowledge and community service by Business First and has held board member positions with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the MBA of Western New York.

    Brent Chapman, Chief Information Officer, RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation

    Brent Chapman serves as Chief Information Officer (CIO), responsible for all aspects of technology for RoundPoint including: Network/Infrastructure, Help Desk/Desktop Support, Data and Reporting Services, and Information Security.  Prior to joining RoundPoint, Mr. Chapman served as Director of Enterprise Technology for Ocwen where he led more than 350 IT professionals across multiple sites and disciplines. Prior to Ocwen, Mr. Chapmen spent more than 7 years as a Director for Dell Services; in all, Mr. Chapman brings more than 15 years of experience in the technology and project management arenas.  Mr. Chapman is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM); he has an MBA from Oakland University and a BA in Marketing and Political Science from Carthage College.
