    Dan Bennett, Head of Capital Markets, LoanCore Capital, LLC

    Mr. Bennett joined LoanCore Capital in 2014 as the Head of Capital Markets. In this role, Mr. Bennett manages the fixed rate CMBS business for LoanCore Capital Markets and helps manage the transitional floating rate lending business for LoanCore Capital Credit REIT.  Prior to joining LoanCore, Mr. Bennett worked in the Real Estate Financing Group at Goldman Sachs from 2005 to 2014, most recently as a Managing Director and the Head of the REFG Capital Markets Desk, where he was responsible for the distribution and risk management of the commercial real estate loan book for all new issue CMBS deals and CRE loan syndications. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Bennett was an attorney for Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Mr. Bennett graduated with a B.S. from Villanova University and with a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

    Stacey M. Berger, Executive Vice President, PNC Real Estate / Midland Loan Services

    Stacey M. Berger - Executive Vice President, Midland Loan Services, a PNC Real Estate business. Mr. Berger is responsible for business development, corporate development and strategy activities at Midland Loan Services, and is a member of the PNC Real Estate senior leadership team.  Midland is the leading provider of loan servicing, asset management and technology solutions for the commercial mortgage finance industry.  The company is one of the nation's largest commercial loan servicers with over $500 billion in outstanding balances. As special servicer, Midland is responsible for asset management, workout and resolution of a $200 billion CMBS portfolio. Midland maintains the industry's highest ratings as a servicer and special servicer from Fitch Ratings, Standard & Poor's and Morningstar.  Mr. Berger formally served as President of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (formerly CMSA), and received the association’s Founders Award. He served as Vice Chairman of the commercial / multifamily board of directors of the Mortgage Bankers Association. Mr. Berger received a BA in Economics and an MBA from Tulane University, and serves on the Business School Council at the A.B. Freeman School of Business.

    David Brickman, Executive Vice President, Multifamily Division, Freddie Mac

    David is the Executive Vice President and Head of Freddie Mac Multifamily – the leading capital provider to the US multifamily market. He leads a team of over 900 people in the Multifamily line of business, providing liquidity and stability to multifamily mortgage markets, supporting affordable rental housing, and building a sound operating business that has produced solid economic returns at minimum risk for U.S. taxpayers. David was the architect for Freddie Mac’s successful securitization program featuring K-Deals and has presided over significant expansion of the Multifamily businesses line through the introduction of several innovative new products and programs to better serve every corner of the Multifamily market. He is a frequent spokesperson on the condition, challenges and future of multifamily and rental housing in the United States.

    J. Theodore Borter, Managing Director, Goldman Sachs

    Ted is head of the Commercial Mortgage Finance business within North America, with particular responsibility in expanding and enhancing real estate client relationships through the commercial mortgage product.
    He provides strategic financing advice to real estate clients of the firm and sources and assesses opportunities in which Goldman Sachs will act as principal or agent with respect to secured financing. Ted co-chairs the Commercial Real Estate Capital Committee. He joined Goldman Sachs in 1997 as a vice president and was named managing director in 2002. Prior to joining the firm, Ted worked at Citicorp for eight years in the real estate finance and capital markets groups. Ted earned a BA in Economics from Haverford College in 1985 and an MBA from Harvard University in 1989.
