    Andrew Glass is a partner at K&L Gates LLP. He advises businesses in achieving integrated, multi-disciplinary solutions to managing risk. Mr. Glass provides regulatory-compliance advice and policy and procedure review. He oversees audits and internal investigations and responds to government investigations. Mr. Glass defends complex litigation including class actions. He counsels companies in the financial services, energy, media and telecommunications, manufacturing, and consumer product industries. His multi-faceted approach to problem-solving delivers seamless solutions to clients’ legal challenges.

    Amy Bishop, Deputy General Counsel, Quicken Loans, Inc.

    Amy Bishop is Deputy General Counsel of Quicken Loans Inc., based in Detroit, Michigan. Amy oversees the Quicken Loans’ regulatory compliance program which includes company and mortgage loan originator licensing, origination and servicing compliance and examination management. Central to the Company’s regulatory compliance program is the integration of compliance into Quicken Loans’ extensive technology platform that drives the business. The last few years have been dedicated to the launch of Rocket Mortgage, the first end-to-end completely online mortgage experience, implementing the TILA/RESPA Integrated Disclosures, the new HMDA rule and overseeing federal and state examinations. Amy joined Quicken Loans in September 1998 after four years as a staff attorney with a community bank.
