    Jonice Gray Tucker is a founding partner with Buckley Sandler LLP, specializing in work with financial institutions, companies providing financial services, and related businesses. Ms. Tucker focuses a substantial portion of her practice on government investigations, enforcement actions, and examinations, having served as defense counsel in matters brought by the DOJ, CFPB, HUD, FTC, prudential banking regulators, and state regulators, including state Attorneys General. Ms. Tucker also represents clients in complex civil litigation, conducts internal investigations, and counsels clients on compliance with laws governing financial services. Ms. Tucker has been recognized in Chambers USA as a leading lawyer in the category of Financial Services Regulation: Banking (Enforcement & Investigations) as well as in Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers.     Robert Turner is the Vice President, CRA Officer and Compliance Lending Manager at Colonial Savings.
    A Financial industry professional for over 25 years, skilled at addressing and supporting expanded delivery of bank products and financial literacy programs to underserved populations and in low income areas. Compliance subject matter expert and information resource in product development for small business lending and expansion of first-time home buying opportunities for low and moderate income families. Successful track record in removing regulatory impediments and restoring CRA / compliance ratings for community and regional banks. Prior to joining Colonial Savings resided in the Pacific Northwest and California. Held Lending Officer and Compliance Management positions with Union Bank, First Interstate Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, as well as midsized community banks such as Bank of the Cascades and Redding Bank of Commerce. Current responsibilities include oversight of HMDA analysis and reporting, managing Fair Lending Policy and Program development, CRA planning and risk assessments; and maintaining regulatory compliance for Commercial Bank and Mortgage loan business lines. Certified through the ABA Graduate School of Compliance Risk Management program and Federal Reserve Bank - National Community Development School.

    Donald C. Lampe is a partner in the Financial Services Group in the Washington D.C. office of Morrison & Foerster. Mr. Lampe represents banks, mortgage companies, collection agencies, insurance underwriters and agents and other financial services providers in a variety of financial services and bank regulatory matters. He devotes significant time to counseling innovative financial services companies bringing products and services to market through technology-driven platforms (FinTech).. He represents a range of financial services clients in high-stakes government investigations and enforcement proceedings before state and federal agencies, such as the CFPB, HUD, FTC, DOJ, FDIC and NYFS, involving issues of lending, servicing, licensing, governance and compliance. He devotes a significant part of his practice to representing major national business process outsourcing firms and technology vendors to the financial services industry.  Mr. Lampe has been recognized by Legal 500 US 2017 in the area of Financial Services: Regulatory and by Chambers USA 2017 in the area of Financial Services Regulation: Consumer Finance (Compliance). He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America from 2003-2018 and was named a Super Lawyer for Banking Law by Law & Politics from 2006-2014.  Mr. Lampe is a fellow of the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers. He also serves on the Board of Advisors of the UNC School of Law Center for Banking and Finance.
