    As Strategy Manager Michael is responsible for the business development and growth of Vendorly, an innovative vendor oversight platform designed to help financial institutions manage their vendors and meet their evolving vendor oversight obligations. Mr. Ehms has over 28 years of financial services industry experience, focusing on executive strategic initiatives and business development. Prior to Vendorly, Mr. Ehms served as Vice President of Business Development at ValuAmerica, Senior Vice President at First American Title Company where he was responsible for key national accounts including Bank of America and GMAC/Ditech. He began his career in vendor management with Lender’s Service, Inc. also spending time as Regional Sales Manager for RMIC.

    Michael Cremata, Senior Counsel and Director of Compliance, ClosingCorp

    Michael Cremata is Senior Counsel and Director of Compliance with ClosingCorp, the leading provider of closing cost data and technology for the mortgage industry. He is responsible for all legal and compliance related functions, including negotiating customer, partner, and vendor contracts, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, including TRID, RESPA, data security, and privacy regulations. He is an expert in mortgage regulatory compliance, and a frequent contributor to industry publications such as Mortgage Compliance Magazine, MBA Insights, MortgageOrb, and Progress In Lending.
    Prior to joining ClosingCorp, Cremata served as legal counsel for HCL America Inc., a global IT services company, and Callidus Software Inc., a provider of cloud-based sales, marketing, learning, and customer experience solutions.

    Jon D. Langlois, Partner, Buckley Sandler LLP

    Jon Langlois has spent his career representing financial institutions and financial services providers on critical regulatory compliance and transactional matters, developing a particular focus on mortgage lending and servicing activities. A Partner in the Washington, DC office of Buckley Sandler LLP, Mr. Langlois assists clients on a wide range of regulatory issues, including compliance with key consumer financial laws, such as the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), unfair, deceptive, and abusive acts and practices (UDAAP), and other consumer protection issues.  In addition to his regulatory practice, Mr. Langlois also represents clients on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including capital markets transactions, corporate governance, and corporate organizations and reorganizations.

    Jeffrey Flory, CMB, AMP, Risk and Compliance Solutions Executive, First American Mortgage Solutions

    Jeffrey Flory, CMB, AMP, serves as the Senior Vice President of Risk and Compliance Solutions and is responsible for demand generation in the First American Mortgage Solutions fraud and risk suite of products, as well as the audit services business focusing on post-close quality control, pre-funding, pre-purchase, compliance, MERS and TRID.  Jeff came to First American in 2012 with a background encompassing all aspects of mortgage lending. He started as a retail loan officer in mortgage brokerages and retail banking firms, and spent the bulk of his career at Option One Mortgage, holding roles in correspondent lending in both sales and operations, technology, and wholesale lending.  He successfully completed the Schools of Mortgage Banking in 2006, was a member of the Future Leaders Class of 2005
