Jon Bruning was elected Attorney General of Nebraska three times in 2002, 2006, and 2010. When first elected, he was the youngest Attorney General in the nation and the youngest in Nebraska’s history. Bruning, a Republican who works well with Attorneys General of both parties, served as President of the National Association of Attorneys General in 2009-2010 and was elected to the post by 30 Democrats and 20 Republicans. America’s best companies are bound to face Attorney General review of their activities through individual Attorney General or multi-state consumer investigations. They’re also likely to deal with joint FTC or DOJ and Attorney General review of their mergers and acquisitions. Whether it’s antitrust or consumer protection actions, Jon Bruning and Bruning Law Group have decades of experience in all of these areas and can provide strategic advice to corporate executives as they make the most important decisions under the most challenging conditions.
