    With more than 30 years of experience in geographic information systems, Dr. Howard Botts leads CoreLogic’s
    team of GIS professionals in geospatial database development efforts to generate and maintain natural hazard solutions. The founder of geospatial information provider Proxix Solutions, Botts joined CoreLogic in 2007 when the company acquired Proxix. A professor emeritus of geography at the University of Wisconsin in Whitewater, Botts is a recognized expert in natural hazard risk solutions and regularly speaks on a variety of topics related to the field. His dedication and work help
    to answer some of the insurance industry’s questions about what has happened and what could happen in
    terms of our planet’s natural hazards.

    Janet Jozwik, Managing Director, RiskSpan, Inc.

    Janet is Managing Director at RiskSpan leading mortgage loan data analysis and predictive modeling. Janet has a deep background in mortgage credit modeling, loss forecasting, and data analytics. Prior to RiskSpan, Janet was with Fannie Mae’s credit pricing team where she helped develop the original risk-based pricing LLPA framework. Janet holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.

    Edward Seiler, Ph.D., Associate Vice President, Housing Economics Executive Director, Research Institute for Housing America (RIHA); Mortgage Bankers Association

    Dr. Edward Seiler is an economist with over 20 years of experience in financial services. He currently serves as Associate Vice President for Housing Economics at the Mortgage Bankers Association. His responsibilities include performing economic and econometric research to support MBA’s forecasts and policy positions, writing research reports, and supporting MBA’s affordable housing initiatives. Dr. Seiler is also the Executive Director of The Research Institute for Housing America, where he is responsible for managing the research agenda, sponsorships, the publication process, the advisory board, and budgets. He previously was head of research for Dworbell’s affordable and senior housing organizations and Chief Housing Economist at Summit, an analytics advisory firm with a focus on housing finance. Prior to joining Summit, Dr. Seiler was Director at Fannie Mae, where he directed the development and implementation of analytical models used to guide credit loss management decisions. He has lectured graduate-level econometrics at Johns Hopkins University and published several peer-reviewed articles.
