    Speaker(s)

Jennifer Link, Fraud Manager, CMG Financial

Kip Mendrygal, Partner, Locke Lord LLP

Kip Mendrygal focuses his practice on white collar investigations and defense involving public companies, private entities, financial institutions, corporate executives, and high-profile individuals in connection with a variety of confidential and highly sensitive civil, criminal and regulatory investigations.

Jennifer Judge, SVP, Deputy General Counsel, Caliber Home Loans, Inc.

Jennifer Judge is a Deputy General Counsel at Caliber Home Loans, a nationwide mortgage originator and servicer. In her role, Jennifer manages all advice and counsel regarding employment issues, law enforcement, cybersecurity, fraud, mergers and acquisitions, and any legal issues arising under the Bank Secrecy Act or Anti-Money Laundering laws. In August 2021, Caliber was acquired by New Residential Investment Corp. Before joining Caliber in 2015, Jennifer was an associate at Littler Mendelson, P.C in Dallas, where her practice focused on single-plaintiff discrimination and the enforcement of restrictive covenants. Jennifer graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2008, with astonishingly mediocre grades. She now lives in Southlake with her husband, two elementary-school aged boys, and two poorly trained rescue dogs. In her free time, she’s a decent astrophotographer and drives around Texas looking for dark skies whenever there is a new moon. Jennifer also enjoys learning to cook new things, and has recently and unfortunately mastered the art of making Cuban bread.
