In his current role, Jim is responsible for monitoring applications submitted through wholesale, retail, and joint venture channels to ensure they are free of misrepresentation. Jim has over 25 years in various aspects of mortgage lending with specific focus on fraud investigation, loss mitigation, governance and claims. Jim’s work experience includes mortgage lenders, servicers, mortgage insurers, and government sponsored entities (GSEs.)
