    Allen Price, senior vice president of sales, marketing and client success at BSI Financial, is a mortgage industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience in primary and secondary markets. His focus at BSI Financial includes loan subservicing, quality control, mortgage servicing rights (MSR)acquisitions and real estate business lines of operation for title and escrow, real estate and foreclosure and default services through Entra Solutions. Prior to BSI Financial, Price served as senior vice president at RoundPoint Financial Group, where he oversaw the company's sales and strategy. His background also includes SVP and national sales executive for ServiceLink's capital markets group and as SVP at Nationstar Mortgage, where he led the company's MSR and subservicing acquisitions.     Eric Ellman, Senior Vice President, Public Policy, Consumer Data Industry Association

    Eric J. Ellman is the Senior Vice President for Public Policy and Legal Affairs at the Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA) in Washington, D.C.  Eric also served for eight months the Interim President and CEO of the association.  Among other things, Eric leads the government affairs program, runs the legal department, and participates in the management of the association.  Eric has been with CDIA since January 1998. Founded in 1906, CDIA is the international trade association that represents consumer data companies -- the nation’s leading institutions in credit reporting, mortgage reporting, check verification, fraud prevention, risk management, employment screening, and tenant screening. Eric’s work for CDIA was highlighted on the front page of the USA Today Money section in June 2007.  In that article, he was called a “warrior” who is “always well-prepared for battle”.  Eric was also a featured guest on the Podcast, The Lobbying Show.  Eric has testified over 100 times before state legislative committees, and he has appeared in many national and local media stories. Prior to joining CDIA, Eric worked for the Direct Selling Association (DSA) from 1992 - 1997.  Eric, a native New Yorker, has been in and around government and public service and politics for most of his life.  In 1989, he became the youngest elected official in Maryland when he was elected to the Friendship Heights Village Council, and he went on to serve four terms on that council.  Eric made an unsuccessful run for the Maryland state legislature in 1994. From 2006 to 2011, Eric served on the Board of Directors of Wonders Child Care, one of the largest non-profit childcare organizations in the DC-metro area.  From 2011 to 2020, Eric served on the Board of Directors of Congregation B’nai Tzedek in Potomac, Maryland. Eric has a B.S. from American University in Washington, D.C. and a law degree from the University of Baltimore.  Eric is a member of the bar in Maryland and Pennsylvania and he CIPP/US certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

    Marissa Yaker, Managing Attorney, Padgett Law Group

    Ms. Marissa M. Yaker, Esq. is the Managing Attorney of Regulatory Affairs for Padgett Law Group (PLG). 

    Marissa’s practice is primarily focused on assisting Clients with compliance and interpreting agency regulations/servicing handbooks. Marissa has a passion for agency related servicing and has conducted numerous onsite trainings, participated on conference panels, led digital webinars, and authored numerous articles related to the oversight and servicing of loans. 

    She is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Loan Administration Committee; Former Interim-Chair of Legal League’s Special Working Initiatives Group and Former Vice-Chair of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee.
