    As the Chief Compliance Officer at The Money Source Inc. (TMS), Shayna oversees compliance across all business channels, including Correspondent, Servicing, Subservicing, and formerly the company’s Retail and Wholesale Origination Channels. This includes oversight of company legal and regulatory compliance, change management, client management, quality control, compliance testing, licensing and examinations. Before joining TMS, Shayna worked at a mortgage banking focused law firm where she served as outside compliance counsel to a variety of lenders and servicers. She has extensive government and regulatory experience, including time at the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Department of Justice.

    Marina Walsh CMB, Vice President, Industry Analysis, Mortgage Bankers Association

    Marina Walsh, CMB, is Vice President of Industry analysis in MBA's Research and Economics Department, specializing in industry performance benchmarking for residential lenders and servicers. Currently, she leads the management and direction for the Mortgage Bankers Performance Reports, the Servicing Operations Study and Forum, the Peer Group Survey and Roundtable Program, the Mortgage Banking Compensation Survey Program, the Weekly Forbearance and Call Volume Survey and other ad hoc surveys and policy analyses. She is also MBA's spokesperson for the National Delinquency Survey. In addition, Walsh conducts specialty workshops and roundtables on a variety of current topics critical to the mortgage industry and provides program advisory support for conferences.

    Any registered attendee employed by an MBA member company is welcome to attend the in-person meeting of the Government Loan Servicing Subcommittee, which normally meets by phone. The meeting will feature guest speakers addressing HUD and VA servicing issues.
