    Tom Clerici currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer/Chief Information Security Officer at Freedom Mortgage Corporation.  In this role, he leads all technology operations, infrastructure, end user computing, telecommunications, governance and cyber security services across Freedom’s enterprise information systems supporting over 15K global users, over $100B in annual origination and 1.5M loans. Prior to his time at Freedom Mortgage, Tom served as the cyber security practice director for Arraya Solutions, where he built the line of business responsible for providing cyber security consulting, solutions and managed services to customers across financial, healthcare, education, manufacturing and other industry verticals.  Additionally, he served as a captain in the United States Air Force specializing in cyber warfare and communications including assignments in the United States, Korea, Qatar and Afghanistan.  His awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal, and Air Force Achievement Medal.

    John-Thomas Gaietto, Executive Director, Cybersecurity Services, Richey May & Co., LLP

    John-Thomas Gaietto has nearly 20 years of experience providing enterprise information security and risk management services to a variety of organizations, with a focus on the financial services industry. He has a proven track record of collaborating with senior leadership to improve productivity and business alignment while maintaining security and regulatory compliance.  JT’s vast expertise includes developing security strategies based on organizational risk, oversight of security operations, incident response, third-party risk management, disaster recovery, building and leading high-performing Information Security teams, and government due diligence oversight. His experience touches numerous compliance verticals, such as PCI-DSS, Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, GLBA, FISMA, PIPEDA, New York State Department of Financial Services Data Security and GDPR.  Prior to joining Richey May, JT was the Director of Information Security for SquareTwo Financial. In this role, he was responsible for developing a comprehensive security program, policies and standards for operations in the highly-regulated financial services industry.
