    Owen Lee is the Chief Executive Officer of Success Mortgage Partners, Inc. (“SMP”). SMP is an independent mortgage bank headquartered in Plymouth, Michigan and operating in 29 states and the District of Columbia. Owen originally founded the company in 2002 with his father, Vincent. Owen is also the Managing Member of Title Partners, LLC., a full-service title insurance agency and settlement services company. Owen graduated with a BA in Political Science from Villanova University in 1992 and a Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University in 1996.  wen is a proud member of the following organizations: State Bar of Michigan; Massachusetts Bar Association; Mortgage Bankers Association; Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association; The American Land Title Association; and the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association. Owen currently serves on the Independent Mortgage Bankers Executive Council, the Board of Directors for the Mortgage Bankers Association and also serves as a Director for Camp Sweeney, a summer camp for children with Type I Diabetes.

    Laird Nossuli is the CEO of iEmergent, a leading provider of analytics, and strategic advisory services for the housing industry.  She leads the company’s product and growth strategies, with a special focus on innovative solutions that empower lenders to improve their lending with diverse and under-served borrowers.  Her professional experience in mortgage strategy, analytics, and community development along with advanced degrees in social work, make Laird uniquely positioned to help iEmergent’s clients better serve their communities, while also increasing their market share. Laird contributes to many industry publications and frequently speaks on topics of mortgage market opportunity, affordable housing, and diverse lending.

    Jonice Gray Tucker, Partner, Buckley LLP

    Jonice is a founding partner with Buckley LLP and a governing board member. She works with banks and other companies providing financial products and services.  Jonice’s practice focuses on escalated supervision matters, investigations, and enforcement actions. She also advises on compliance with financial services laws, conducts internal investigations, and handles complex civil litigation. Jonice is recognized in Chambers USA as a leading lawyer in the category of Financial Services Regulation and in Super Lawyers , Best Lawyers, and Legal 500. She has received MCCA’s Rainmaker Award and has been recognized by Savoy as one of the nation’s Most Influential Black Lawyers. Jonice is the Immediate Past Chair of the American Bar Association’s Banking Law Committee. She attended Yale Law School.
