    Scott Weeks is the Senior Technology Director for mortgage, automation and IT M&A at Ally Bank, MONEY Magazine’s Best Online Bank for the past 3 consecutive years and 8 of the last 10 years. Scott has been building and leading mortgage technology teams and platforms for over 15 years, supporting consumer direct, retail and wholesale lending channels spanning two non-bank and three bank lenders during his career.

    Ginger Wilcox, Chief Experience Officer, Homepoint

    Ginger Wilcox is the Chief Experience Officer at Homepoint, leading the company’s marketing and customer experience. Wilcox is a pioneer in the development and launch of technology solutions that are driving the mortgage industry’s digital transformation, with a knack for solving pain points for customers, lenders, investors, and servicers. She works across the organization to drive innovation and accelerate Homepoint’s already considerable growth, and recently led the company’s successful IPO.

    Charles Battle, Chief Product Officer, Guaranteed Rate, Inc.

    As Chief Product Officer, Direct at Guaranteed Rate Charles manages the company’s consumer-facing products and platforms.  Prior to Guaranteed Rate, Charles spent over five years at LendingTree, most recently as Head of Product for LendingTree’s Consumer business, which includes Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and other verticals.  Charles has also held product leadership positions at American Express and TouchTunes Interactive Networks.  Charles received his MBA from Columbia University and a BA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  He lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife, Emily, and their two children
