    Julie Piepho, AMP, CMB, is President of Consumer Lending for Adams Bank & Trust.    She graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and holds the prestigious Master Certified Mortgage Banker designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association.  Julie has over four decades of experience in the mortgage industry including executive positions with Cornerstone Mortgage, Norwest Mortgage and Wells Fargo Mortgage, along with managing several Colorado and Wyoming mortgage bank divisions while coaching and leading sales and operations teams.  She successfully owns a consulting company, Milestone Leadership Consulting, which coaches companies and individuals to reach levels of unprecedented levels of success.  She is past chairman of the Colorado Board of Mortgage Loan Originators where she was appointed by the governor for a 6-year term.  Julie was a member of the Board of Directors for the Mortgage Bankers of America (MBA), past chairman of the Residential Board of Governors (RESBOG), and is the MBA Colorado State Ambassador along with participation in MORPAC, MAA and the State and Legislative Regulatory and Investment and Pension Committees for MBA.  Julie is Secretary of the CMB Society.    She is past chairman of the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association and currently serves as Vice-President for the Board of Governors.  She is a board member of The Mortgage Collaborative.   She also serves as a Board Member and Capital Campaign Vice-Chair for Animal Friends Alliance in Fort Collins, CO. Piepho has been honored with many awards.  She has been honored by MBA with the Andrew D. Woodside Distinguished Service Award in 2017, along with the Schumacher-Bolduc Award for service to MORPAC in 2013. In 2018 Housing Wire honored her as a Women of Influence.  She was honored as a Woman of Vision by the Northern Colorado Women of Influence in 2017.  Additionally, she was honored by the Northern Colorado Business Report as a Woman of Distinction, and by the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association for the E. Michael Rosser Lifetime Achievement Award for those that personify high principles, ethics and professional values, among other awards. She has been quoted as a subject matter expert for the mortgage industry in 3 books:  History of Mortgage Banking in the West by Mike Rosser and Diane Sanders; Strategically Transforming the Mortgage Banking Industry by James M. Deitch CPA, CMB along with his second book Digitally Transforming the Mortgage Banking Industry.

    Sharyn Torrisi-Cartwright, Vice President, Human Resources, Pulte Mortgage LLC

    Sharyn Torrisi-Cartwright is the Vice President of Human Resources for Pulte Mortgage.  She has been employed with Pulte for 16 years.  In her role, she is responsible for leading her team   supporting all aspects of HR and the business including talent acquisition, performance management, organizational planning and development, employee relations and compensation.   Sharyn led the process to create a core set of values “ Ignite the Spark”  for Pulte Mortgage that inform all key people decisions and is very involved in the company strategy around New Ways to Work.  Sharyn believes that everyone has a voice and differences are what create the true value in an organization.  She is also a certified StrengthsFinder coach and is committed to driving success through the strengths within her organization.

    Melissa Koupal, Senior Vice President, Loan Integrity, loanDepot.com, LLC

    Melissa Koupal is the Senior Vice President of Loan Integrity for loanDepot.com, LLC, a full-service direct lender headquartered in Foothill Ranch, California since the company launched in 2009. In this position, she oversees the compliance management system, servicing mortgage compliance, licensing, consumer complaints, compliance quality control and regulatory examinations and enforcement matters for all channels of loanDepot. The company currently holds more than 18,000 corporate and loan officer licenses across all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Since 2008, Koupal has owned and led Reglist which is comprised of more than 1,900 mortgage compliance professionals specializing in the areas of compliance and legal issues in the residential mortgage field. Reglist was established more than 10 years ago and its participants include a wide variety of experts. In this role, Koupal is responsible for the coordination of conferences, networking groups, maintaining regulatory updates and overall management of the group. Previously, Koupal owned her own compliance consulting firm, License To Lend. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences including the Mortgage Bankers Association and NMLS. Also, she currently serves as the Chair for the MBA State Legislative and Regulatory Committee, formerly was Chair of the MBA Regulatory Compliance Committee and participates in the Industry Working Group for the NMLS.
