    Servicing Solutions

While the maximum forbearance period has been extended for many borrowers, all borrowers will be exiting forbearance and servicers need to plan the road ahead. Learn about the factors working for and against borrowers and the workout options for those near the end of their forbearance terms. In addition to workout options that allow borrowers to stay in their homes, the discussion will include non-home retention options such as cash for keys, short sales and foreclosure.
