Exhibitor Application

Every effort will be made to assign exhibitors the booth(s) they select. Should the exhibitor be unable to occupy and use the exhibit space contracted for, and should the association be notified in writing by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August 6, 2016, all sums paid by the exhibitor, less a service charge of 25 percent of total cost of booth(s), will be refunded. See Section G on the Exhibitor's Contract for complete information. Please read the Exhibitors Agreement before submitting this form.
