Donald Maxwell, Managing Partner, M.A.T. Consultant Group LLC

As a leading advocate for business opportunities in underserved markets, I recognize that our marketing strategies and products have to be more tailored in order to be more effective. Opportunities like risk management, loan origination, automated underwriting, closing and servicing are just a few areas where partnership possibilities will be available in the coming years. We can no longer hide our heads in the sand and not take part in this vastly diverse yet virtually untapped market. The future of our businesses depends on us making the right decisions now. Some say there is a void in leadership in both the minority and non-minority communities as it relates to the “Underserved Markets”. The right individuals have not been strategically positioned in the C-Level Suites in order to gain ground in these markets. By having the right individuals in these C-Level positions, the chances of achieving a larger market share is much greater. Ultimately, strategically expanding in these markets would constitute good business and not just for making quota.

In addition to her experience in association management, Hope has worked in the private sector with companies such as Harland Financial Solutions, Crane Company and Westfield Corporation. Throughout her career, Hope has been involved in launching successful B2B marketing campaigns with a strong focus on customer growth and retention.
