    Kristin Messerli, CEO/Multicultural Consultant, Cultural Outreach Solutions

    Kristin Messerli is a national speaker and founder of Cultural Outreach, helping businesses better reach and serve next gen consumers and underserved markets. After starting her business in 2013, she has worked with over 50 companies of all sizes across the U.S. and has developed three arms of her business, including cause-driven marketing and PR, employee diversity training and multilingual marketing content. Kristin has spoken at over 100 conferences, including the Mortgage Bankers Association, the American Bar Association, and Harvard Business School. Kristin is also the Managing Editor for Mortgage Women Magazine and sits on the MBA's Diversity and Inclusion Committee. She co-authored the MBA's Compliance Toolkit for Section 342 and is published in numerous publications on the topic of diversity in housing.  Kristin holds over 13 years of experience working in multicultural business and social work. Prior to starting her business, Kristin was a social worker and community educator in the latino immigrant community. She also led teams of volunteers locally and abroad to develop sustainable business practices, and she has consulted for multinational social enterprises with the Center for Creation of Economic Wealth (CCEW). Kristin was trained by former McKinsey consultants at the University of Oklahoma, where she earned her Master of Public Administration.

    Alex McGillis, Product Manager and Team Leader, Quicken Loans, Inc.

    Alex’s current role he leads five teams: Knowledge Management, Content Strategy, Change Management, Information Strategy and Content Design. In his time at Quicken Loans, Alex has served the Capital Markets team as a Product Manager for VA and FHA. In his previous roles he as been the co-chair of the Future of Loss Mitigation Task Force, Chair of the Loan Administration Committee for the Mortgage Bankers Association and part of the Urban Institute’s Mortgage Servicing Collaborative.

    Jesus Neri, Branch Manager, Alterra Home Loans

    Born in Mexico City and raised in Chicago's Little Village and Pilsen Neighborhoods, Jesus Neri began his involvement with community outreach at an early age. Committed to his trade as an award winning Branch Manager at Alterra Home Loans, Jesus began his own brand "Trust The Beard" to better serve his clientele and to be a symbol of trust in his community and beyond. Providing home loans for individuals isn't Jesus Neri's only end goal but to establish a foundation of wealth though ownership that can be utilized for the rest of his clients lives. With "Trust The Beard" Jesus has set an example of what the power of self-branding can bring to an individual and even an agency and he hopes to continue this public service for many years to come.

    Yannick Diouf, Relationship Manager, Single Family Northeast Customer Delivery Team (CDT), Fannie Mae

    Yannick Diouf is a relationship manager for single family’s Northeast Customer Delivery Team (CDT). Under the leadership of the Vice President, Yannick supports the development of account strategies to achieve goals, manage, implement, and monitor custom business solutions to meet both Fannie Mae and the customers’ needs. Prior to this role, Yannick was part of a 2 year rotation program within the CDT where he received exposure to all functional areas of the business.

    Saurabh Mahajan, Assistant Vice President, MidCap Financial, Inc.

    Saurabh Mahajan currently underwrites various commercial real estate loans for MidCap Financial. Prior to joining MidCap, Mr. Mahajan worked on the Corporate M&A team for SunEdison, performing analysis for potential targets in the renewable energy space. Prior to that, Mr. Mahajan worked at the Rockefeller Group completing acquisitions for commercial office properties nationally.
