    Matt Seu is a Partner and Owner of Actualize Consulting focusing on Mortgage and Fixed Income Securitization as well as Information Technology. Matt is responsible for managing the firm’s accounts with focus on the GSEs, mortgage companies, Wall Street broker dealers, and software companies supporting the fixed income and mortgage conduit arena. Matt is also responsible for all MISMO service and technology offerings. He is the chair of the MISMO Strategic Planning Committee. Prior to Actualize Consulting, Matt served as a Vice President for Freddie Mac where he focused on large scale business and technology change efforts.

    Shawn Jobe, Director, Software Development, Factual Data

    Shawn Jobe is Director of Software Development for Factual Data with a primary focus around application development, software governance, process engineering, and industry standards. Over the course of his 25 years of experience he has collaborated on business solutions using electronic data exchange standards in the areas of Credit Reporting, Flood Determinations, Risk Assessments, Verification Services, and Emerging Technologies. He is an active member of the MISMO community where he chairs the Blockchain Community of Practice as well as serves on the Strategic Planning and Residential Governance Committees.

    Sandip Sahni, Executive Managing Director, Head, Transaction Services, Situs

    Sandip is head of CRE Transaction Services (Advisory, Servicing, Asset Management and specialty businesses) and is part of Situs’ Executive Management Team. He leads Situs’ initiatives on Operational Excellence, Intelligent Automation, Market Co-innovation & CRE digital strategy. Sandip previously was at Tata Consulting Services (“TCS”), where he led Business Process Services' market management, strategy and operations of its financial services division, focused on banks and insurance companies in N America. Prior to TCS, he was a key leader at Citigroup’s business process services business. In his 27 years of professional career, Sandip has held senior positions in Marketing, Product & Strategic Account Management roles across Banking, Telecom & IT/BPO industries; and is known for enterprise value creation through business innovation.

    Mick Smothers, Chief Architect, Banking, EY

    Mick is an Executive Director and Chief Architect for EY’s Banking Advisory practice where has over 33 years of experience in software design, solutions and enterprise architecture, integration, development, troubleshooting, and implementation. He has managed complex projects in the definition of and compliance with system requirements, the resolution of business problems, and the on-time and within-budget delivery of advanced technical solutions. He has domain experience in many areas: Financial Services: Banking, Capital Markets, Housing Finance, Insurance, Wealth Management; as well as Hospitality, Energy, and others.  Mick has implemented many technology solutions for large enterprises and has leveraged the latest technology: Microservices, Event-driven and API-based architectures, Cloud-ready (and cloud provider agnostic) deployments, with modern, responsive, multi-platform user experiences. He has helped to introduce Agile methodology into the enterprise at many clients, and has championed Test- and Behavior-driven development and continuous integration/continuous delivery discipline to the organizations.  Mick is also active in the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO) where he serves on the Residential Standards Governance and Strategic Planning Committees.

    Brian K. Hunt, Director, Data Initiatives, Fannie Mae

    Brian Hunt, Director, Fannie Mae has 25+ years of experience in strategic planning, implementation and operations of large scale multifamily and residential solutions. Subject areas include Portfolio Analytics, Decision Support, transaction life cycle support/processing, Financial Reporting, Loss Mitigation, REO and Risk Management. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Brian was responsible for Technology and Operations for a consulting firm that provided asset management, REO, underwiring, and financial advisory services to large financial institutions and FHA. Brian has held leadership positions in business, technology and operations areas and has most recently been evaluating opportunities to leverage machine learning, AI, IoT, and related capabilities.
