He has consulted and worked in the mortgage banking industry for over 25 years and has extensive experience mortgage operations management, mergers and acquisitions, organizational management, project management and business development. Previously, David was an Executive Vice President at Loan-Score and Mortgage Cadence, CEO of a $1 billion Correspondent Mortgage Lender, and Director at a Big Four Consulting firm.

    Leonard Ryan, Founder and President, QuestSoft

    Leonard Ryan is the founder and president of QuestSoft Corporation. He has been associated with the mortgage industry for over 30 years and, for the past 23 years, being a major compliance software leader. He is a frequent speaker at mortgage software and regulatory compliance conferences.  Mr. Ryan has been named twice to Mortgage Professional America’s Hot 100 list of Mortgage superstars (2018 & 2016). In January, 2017, he received a Vanguard Award from Housing Wire Magazine.     Rick Lang is the vice president of Freddie Mac Loan AdvisorSM Strategy and Integration in the Single-Family division. He and his team work with key internal and external business partners to drive alignment between the Loan Advisor product strategy and client needs. His team also works with lenders, as well as their supporting technology providers, to optimize both the technical and process integration of Loan Advisor within their respective operating environments.  Mr. Lang has over 15 years of senior management experience within the mortgage industry. Prior to joining Freddie Mac in 2014, he held a variety executive management positions with both Bank of America and Chase.

    ohn V. Levonick is special counsel in the Financial Services Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the New York office.  Mr. Levonick's practice focuses on consumer financial services regulatory compliance and technology. Specific areas include consumer lending asset origination, servicing, and asset purchase and sale transactions; and assisting creditors, servicers, investors, and service and technology providers with regulatory issues.  Mr. Levonick also supports financial institutions and technology service providers (FinTech and RegTech) with the regulatory compliance implications of emerging technology, such as blockchain technology, artificial intelligence, machine learning, cryptocurrencies and cloud computing.  Mr. Levonick assisted a member of the MIT Digital Currency Initiative (DCI) in the creation of a public paper on privacy-preserving analytics for the securitization market.

    Tim Elkins joined PrimeLending in November of 2008 as chief information officer and is responsible for information security, IT operations and technology initiatives. Elkins has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Prior to joining PrimeLending, he served as chief information officer at AmericaHomeKey and BSM Financial. Elkins is the chair of the Residential Technology Forum (RESTECH) for the Mortgage Bankers Association.     Gary Clark, CMB, Chief Operating Officer, Sierra Pacific Mortgage

    Gary Clark is the Chief Operating Officer of Sierra Pacific Mortgage (SPM), an Independent Mortgage Banker headquartered in Folsom, California. As Chief Operating Officer, Gary is responsible for overseeing Operations, Compliance and Technology for SPM which operates from eight regional centers across the US and currently services in excess of $16 billion for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae. Gary is currently leading the efforts to modernize the proprietary lending platform used by Sierra Pacific Mortgage including a new consumer portal for retail and a new TPO origination platform update.  Prior to joining SPM Gary served as the President of a regional independent mortgage banker, orchestrating their growth from broker to banker including building a servicing portfolio. In 2014 the company was successfully sold and Gary joined SPM as their COO.  Gary has more than thirty years of experience in all facets of mortgage banking including origination, operations, compliance, technology, construction lending and secondary marketing.     Tracie Hunter is a mortgage banking executive with over 30 years of experience in Operations, Fulfillment, Credit, Business Analysis and Technology. Tracie has been with PennyMac Financial Services Inc for 3 years and spent over 20 years with Bank of America prior to joining PennyMac. Tracie’s leverages her deep mortgage and technology experience to drive technology strategies in alignment with business objectives for PennyMac’s three production channels. Tracie’s role includes deep collaboration and solutioning with Peer groups, IT, GSE’s and Vendor partners.
