Chris Hendon leads the Solution Architecture team for Amazon Web Services’ Housing and Mortgage business unit. In his leadership role, he guides architectural strategies and technical solutions that enable digital transformation to financial services customers.
Jonathan Yam is an enterprise Cloud & AI technologist specializing in the financial services industry. At Amazon Web Services, Jonathan serves as a technical advisor to U.S. agencies and government-sponsored enterprises supporting the U.S. housing and mortgage market. He partners with business & technology leaders to shape cloud transformation strategies that have driven large-scale, multi-million dollar technology migrations and modernizations. Before joining Amazon Web Services, Jonathan worked as a data scientist and machine learning engineer in the healthcare and entertainment industries. He holds a Master of Science in Health Data Science from Harvard University, as well as dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Systems Engineering and Public Health Sciences from UMass Amherst.
