Pam Forrester is Senior Vice President of Division Operations at First American Mortgage Solutions, where she leads the Servicing, CleanFile, and Docutech business lines. With over 30 years in the mortgage industry, Pam has driven transformative innovations in document management, automation, and business process outsourcing - streamlining operations and improving service quality for lenders and servicers nationwide. A recognized thought leader and mentor, Pam serves on MISMO’s Standards Governance Committee and has been honored as a HousingWire Insider, Mortgage Women Magazine Mortgage Star, PROGRESS in Lending Most Powerful Women, and numerous First American awards.
