Legal Council
MBA’s Legal Council includes both in-house counsel and external counsel that act on behalf of, and are frequently engaged by, servicers and asset managers in the commercial real estate, multifamily and finance industry. This roundtable focuses on issues related to transactional elements, litigation/risk mitigation, and regulatory impact and changes, and will provide a forum to discuss current legal issues impacting the industry.
