WFG Lender Services Adds Testa
WFG Lender Services, Portland, Ore., hired Jerry Testa as National Sales Director, responsible for placing WFG products and services in the marketplace.

With more than 28 years of experience in the mortgage and settlement services industry, Testa comes to WFGLS after five years with IVG, a nationwide provider of residential valuation products, where he served as senior vice president of Business Development. Prior to joining IVG, he spent 10 years working in multiple divisions of one of the industry's largest title underwriters and service providers. He also worked with a number of mortgage lenders, including First Union National Bank and Mellon Bank.

ValuAmerica Names Ehms Vice President of Business Development
ValuAmerica, Pittsburgh, hired Michael Ehms as vice president of business development, responsible for expanding ValuAmerica's customer base along with executing strategic initiatives with the company's parent company, Clayton Holdings LLC.

Ehms has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, he served as senior vice president and national account director with First American Mortgage Solutions. Prior to joining First American, he held various business development roles with Republic Mortgage Insurance Co. and Lender's Service Inc. He began his career in corporate banking with Marine Bank (PNC Bank).

Parkside Lending's Ostrander Appointed to Freddie Mac Regional Lending Advisory Board
Matthew Ostrander, CEO of Parkside Lending, San Francisco, was appointed to Freddie Mac's Regional Lending Advisory Board.

Ostrander co-founded Parkside Lending in 2004.

First Guaranty Mortgage Corp. Adds Mayhook, Davis
First Guaranty Mortgage Corp., Tyson's Corner, Va., promoted Mark Mayhook to Senior Director of TPO Production.

Mayhook has been with First Guaranty since 2011. Prior to his appointment, he was responsible for the Capital Markets Division. Before First Guaranty, he held executive level positions with Morgan Stanley and ABN-AMRO/LaSalle Bank NA.

First Guaranty also appointed Tom Davis as its National TPO Sales Director.

Davis brings 15 years of mortgage industry experience. Prior to joining FGMC, he was Division Vice President of Correspondent Sales for Finance of America Mortgage LLC and Correspondent Rural Housing Account Executive with Chase.

Mid America Mortgage Adds Four Account Executives
Mid America Mortgage Inc., Addison, Texas, hired four new account executives in its wholesale and correspondent lending division:

--Kelly Dahood-Bondra, New Hampshire. She began her career as a loan processor and possesses 17 years of experience in client service, as well as operations and sales sides of mortgage banking. She first transitioned from mortgage processing to sales as an account executive with Countrywide Home Loans more than a decade ago. She is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association.
--Susan Eiland, Tennessee. She has more than 20 years of mortgage lending experience in both retail bank and wholesale environments. She began her career at Citizens Bank of Massachusetts, where she grew from an underwriter to Vice President and Loan Center Manager. She transitioned from retail to wholesale lending in 2000 as an account executive with Washington Mutual Bank and later went on to work with Bank of America, MetLife Home Loans and EverBank.
--Gene Lanier, California. He brings to Mid America an understanding of the processes tied to third-party origination, marketing, underwriting, funding, accounting, compliance and profitability.
--Mike Tackett, Midwest (Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan). He has served the mortgage industry for more than 25 years, specializing in the Central U.S. market. His experience includes wholesale, retail and mortgage banking and spans from underwriting FHA loans to supervising a staff of 40 wholesale and correspondent lenders. He is a past president of the Indianapolis chapter of the Mortgage Bankers Association.
