Mid America Mortgage Hires Lima to Oversee Whole Loan Trading Division
Mid America Mortgage Inc., Addison, Texas, hired Michael Lima as managing director of its Whole Loan Trading division. He will direct Mid America's whole loan acquisition business, including its recent entry into the market for loans with TRID compliance issues.

Lima has more than 30 years of experience. Prior to joining Mid America, he served as Chief Risk Officer for Guardian Mortgage Co., where he was responsible for supporting strategic initiatives for the company, including enterprise risk management, capital markets and servicing. In addition, he was a senior vice president with Nationstar Mortgage, where he held leadership roles in capital markets, investor relations and correspondent lending. Lima spent the majority of his early career, 17 years, with Fannie Mae, ultimately serving as Director of Single Family Business.

Ernst Publishing Taps Gonzalez as Director of Project Management
Ernst Publishing Co., Albany, N.Y., hired Cisco Gonzalez as Director of the Project Management Office, responsible for project management company-wide.

Previously, Gonzalez was Vice President and Business Liaison Consultant with Wells Fargo. He started at the national bank in 2011 as Assistant Vice President of Operational Risk Consultant. Gonzalez started his career as a consultant for Accenture after serving as an officer in the U.S. Navy. He went on to serve as an IT project manager in a number of industries, including communications and healthcare, before turning to financial services.

Parkside Lending Hires Jacopetti as SVP of Government Operations
Parkside Lending LLC, San Francisco, hired Linda Jacopetti as senior vice president of government operations. She will direct operations and execution of Parkside's government lending, beginning with its current FHA program and the upcoming rollout of VA.

Jacopetti brings more than 25 years of industry experience to Parkside. Most recently she ran the government program with Bank of America; prior to that, she spent six years with Countrywide Home Loans growing its government lending channel.

First Guaranty Mortgage Corp. Adds Sales Scott to Warehouse Lending Team
First Guaranty Mortgage Corp., Tyson's Corner, Va., hired Norman Scott as Relationship Manager in its Warehouse Lending Division.

Scott brings 20 years of mortgage lending industry experience. He previously served as Vice President with the warehouse lending divisions of Bear Stearns Lending Group, Countrywide Home Loans and Jeffries and Co. Most recently, he was Managing Director for the Residential Mortgage Warehouse Lending Group of Sterling National Bank.

Yarbrough to Lead RoundPoint Borrower Retention Division
RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corp., Charlotte, N.C., hired Kelli Yarbrough as Vice President of Loan Retention, responsible for all aspects of customer contact in the loan retention process for RoundPoint's mortgage-servicing rights portfolio.

Yarbrough has more than 16 years of experience leading both sales and operations teams in wholesale, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels. She is licensed as a mortgage loan originator in 47 states and as a qualified individual in 23 states.

Churchill Mortgage Names Mijes as Multicultural Market Manager
Churchill Mortgage, Brentwood, Tenn., hired Leticia Mijes as its Multicultural Market Manager. In this newly created role, she will focus efforts on better meeting the unique needs of an increasingly diverse homebuyer population in communities across the country.

Mijes is a past president of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals' NAHREP's Houston chapter.
