Qualia Integrates with FNTG's AgentTRAX System for Title Services
Qualia, San Francisco, integrated the agentTRAX portal from Fidelity National Title Group into its settlement platform.

Through this integration, Chicago Title, Commonwealth Land Title and Fidelity National Title agents can issue Closing Protection Letters and generate policy jackets directly through the Qualia system. In addition, the integration allows agents to auto report gross premiums to FNTG's accounting department.

ReverseVision Partners with Bank of England Mortgage for HECMs
ReverseVision, San Diego, announced that Bank of England Mortgage, England, Ark., selected RV Exchange loan origination software to support its growing Home Equity Conversion Mortgage division.

Implementing RVX will support BOE Mortgage as it grows the HECM division and expands availability of a home-equity product. RVX serves as a centralized exchange that connects all participants in the lifecycle of a reverse mortgage.

Credit Plus Adds Public Record Gap Report to FraudPlus
Credit Plus Inc., Salisbury, Md., added a Public Record Gap Report to its FraudPlus product line. The company will begin testing the report on April 1.

As part of the National Consumer Assistance Plan that becomes effective July 1, 2017, Equifax, TransUnion and Experian are expected to reduce the amount of tax lien and civil judgment information they report on consumer credit files. They will only report tax lien and civil debt information on consumers when four areas of personally identifiable information is present including name, social security number, birthdate and address.

Direct Mortgage Chooses Loan Vision for Accounting
Bestborn Business Solutions, Greensburg, Pa., announced that Hunt Valley, Md.-based Direct Mortgage Loans implemented Bestborn's Loan Vision accounting software for mortgage banks.

Functionality includes the ability to interface with Loan Origination Software, loan level accounting, commission calculations, as well as a branch reporting portal.

Docutech Launches Solex eSign Platform
Docutech, Idaho Falls, Idaho, said Stearns Lending and New Penn Financial have gone live with Solex, its eSignature product.

Solex provides borrowers with an intuitive eSign experience while giving lenders an auditable platform. Solex allows users to sign loan documents from their computers, smartphones or tablets. Tight integration with Docutech's ConformX document engine creates a workflow for generating, delivering and signing loan documents electronically.

S&P Approves Altavera for RMBS Due Diligence
Altavera Mortgage Services, Denver, has been approved by Standard & Poor's Global Ratings as a third-party due diligence provider for U.S. residential mortgage-backed securities rated by that agency.

Altavera provides investors and correspondent aggregators with a range of closed-loan file review services for agency and non-QM residential mortgages, including validation of product acceptability to investor guidelines, credit decision and supporting documentation, QM/ATR requirements, regulatory compliance, property valuation and closing documentation.

NTC Completes SOC 1 Type 2 Examination
Nationwide Title Clearing, Palm Harbor, Fla., announced that it has completed the Service Organization Control (SOC) 1, Type 2 examination from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Conducted by a national security and compliance solutions provider, the audit affirms the description of NTC's systems and the suitability of the design and operating effectiveness of controls.

Premium Title Secures Utah License
Premium Title, a national provider of title and escrow services, completed licensing requirements for its Utah entity, Premium Title Insurance Agency--UT Inc., and is now taking origination title and settlement orders.

This license allows the compnay to provide Utah coverage for its clients and expands Premium Title's national footprint.

ValuAmerica Partners with Pavaso to Upgrade Closings with Hybrid Digital Mortgages
ValuAmerica, Pittsburgh, a national provider of appraisal, title, closing and settlement services, partnered with Pavaso Inc., Plano Texas, a provider of digital closing services for the mortgage industry, to implement Digital Close to facilitate eClosings.

The partnership will allow their customers to implement digital closings into their workflow to conduct hybrid eClosings.

Mortgage Cadence Opens New Borrower Center for Enterprise Lending Center Offering

cloudvirga Introduces AccountChek to Mortgage Platform
FormFree, Atlanta, said cloudvirga, developer of the automated, cloud-based intelligent Mortgage Platform, selected AccountChek for automated asset verification.

cloudvirga's custom integration of AccountChek into the iMP collects borrower account information early in the loan application process and offers asset verification. The POS gives consumers and loan officers an automated, intuitive and compliant workflow while moving many traditional back-office tasks to the front of the loan process.

AccountChek allows borrowers to securely link asset and deposit data. Lenders receive detailed analysis on the borrower's ability to repay.

InHouseUSA Chooses ACI Sky for Appraisal Deliver, Review
ACI, Palm Coast, Fla., announced that national appraisal management company InHouseUSA chose ACI Sky for appraisal delivery and review.

The cloud-based ACI Sky platform integrates with Connexions, the proprietary appraisal order system used by appraisers at both InHouseUSA and its parent company Nationwide Appraisal Services.

Sky Review is a web-based appraisal review platform that enables AMCs to improve appraisal review quality and productivity without having to hire and train additional staff. Using client-specific quality assurance checklists, Sky Review reads the appraisal report and automates more than 50 percent of what is traditionally a manual process. By programmatically eliminating more than half of the review checklist, Sky Review empowers appraisal reviewers to focus their expertise on just the items that require manual review.

Nations Lending Corp. Taps Alight
Alight Inc., San Francisco, announced that Nations Lending Corp. selected Alight Mortgage Lending for continuous reforecasting.

Alight Mortgage Lending is a cloud-based application that provides executive teams with the information they need to make decisions in real time. Alight Mortgage Lending connects to the general ledger and pulls data from loan origination systems and capital market providers so that lenders are able to run unlimited numbers of scenarios and see the impact of decisions ripple throughout the enterprise all the way through to financials.

Pavaso, MRG Partner to Integrate Doc Prep, Closing Platforms
Pavaso Inc., Plano, Texas, partnered with Mortgage Resources Group, an attorney-owned document preparation provider.

The partnership will integrate the technologies of both companies, allowing for transfer of prepared closing documents into the Digital Close platform electronically. The Pavaso Digital Close platform facilitates electronic communication and collaboration with real estate agent, lender, title/settlement agent and borrower.
