Applications Up Again in MBA Weekly Survey

Mortgage applications rose for the second straight week, albeit slightly, the Mortgage Bankers Association reported this morning in its Weekly Mortgage Applications Survey for the week ending March 2.

Senate Begins Debate on Reg Relief Bill

The Senate yesterday agreed to begin debate on a sweeping regulatory relief bill. Ahead of the vote, the Mortgage Bankers Association continued to urge senators to approve the bill, saying it would lessen burdens on lenders and enable them to better serve home buyers and homeowners.

CoreLogic: Home Prices Up 6% for 6th Straight Month
