Freddie Mac Names Goodman CIO
Freddie Mac, McLean, Va., named Stacey Goodman Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, effective Sept. 25. She will lead the Information Technology division. Goodman will join Freddie Mac's senior operating committee and report directly to CEO Donald Layton.

StacyGoodmanGoodman has more than 25 years working in technology in the financial services industry. Most recently, she was executive vice president and chief information and operations officer at CIT. Before that she held several roles of increasing responsibility at Bank of America, last serving as managing director and divisional CIO of global technology & operations. She also served as managing director of IT at UBS and held other senior-level positions within the financial services industry over her career.

Yolles Joins The Money Source/Endeavor America Loan Services as Chief Marketing Officer
The Money Source Inc. and its Wholesale Lending Division, Endeavor America Loan Services, Melville, N.Y. hired Barbara Yolles as the company's new Chief Marketing Officer.

Yolles served most recently as Chief Marketing Officer of United Shore Financial Services, the parent company of United Wholesale Mortgage.BarbaraYolles Before joining United Shore, she was Chief Marketing Officer at Campbell Ewald and also held executive positions at McCann and Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal.

Pinckney Joins FormFree as Senior Director of Marketing
FormFree, Athens, Ga., hired Patricia "Patty" Ramirez Pinckney as senior director of marketing. In this role, Pinckney will drive planning and implementation of FormFree's marketing campaigns, govern its strategic positioning within the mortgage industry and manage the firm's brand.

PattyPinckneyPinckney brings more than 20 years' experience as a "big brand" marketer specializing in brand development and strategic planning to full-scale marketing campaigns. She worked with FormFree on a consulting basis prior to taking the post. She most recently served as president of Mojo Communications and Marketing, a brand strategy firm that helps companies create deeper connections with a wider variety of audiences. Prior to that, Pinckney helmed The 650 Company, which develops business and communication strategies to engage Hispanic communities in both English and Spanish.

Mastioni Joins Altisource as President/Real Estate Marketplace
Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A., Luxembourg, appointed Marcello Mastioni to the newly created position of President, Real Estate Marketplace. He will join Altisource's executive team in the company's Luxembourg headquarters.

Mastioni will be responsible for driving growth by focusing on digital experience and strategy across Altisource's consumer- and investor-Mastionifocused marketplaces including, a real estate brokerage, and Hubzu, a real estate auction platform. He will also provide guidance to other strategic initiatives.

Mastioni joined Altisource from HomeAway, an online marketplaces for vacation rental properties, where he led the company's operations throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa as the company's Vice President and Managing Director of EMEA. Prior to HomeAway, he led growth efforts for the online travel company Expedia as Director of Strategy and Business Development. Earlier in his career, he was head of retail and consumer goods industries at the World Economic Forum and led the operations of a technology business for General Electric.

Melchiorre Named President of IndiSoft
IndiSoft, Columbia, Md., named Camillo Melchiorre president. He will focus on the firm's sales and marketing efforts. The move allows Sanjeev Dahiwadkar, who previously held both the roles of president and CEO, to concentrate on IndiSoft's strategic direction as CEO.

CamMelcchioreMelchiorre joins IndiSoft from HLP where he was president and CEO. Before working with HLP, he was senior vice president of loss management at Radian Group Inc., where he led efforts to manage losses during the financial crisis with new systems, operations and loss mitigation strategy.

Prior to his Radian position, Melchiorre was co-founder and executive vice president of business development at MSTD Inc. He was also vice president of servicer relations and policy at Freddie Mac where he led Freddie Mac's Servicer Advisory Board. Before joining Freddie Mac, he was vice president of loss mitigation and quality control at Commonwealth Mortgage Assurance Corp. (CMAC, now Radian Group Inc.) where he began the company's affordable housing pre-purchase counseling program.

Equity National Title Adds Boyum
Equity National Title, East Providence, R.I., named David Boyum as Executive Vice President and National Sales Manager. He is responsible for expanding the firm's national sales effort as well as servicing the firm's existing client base.

DavidBoyumBoyum brings more than 16 years of experience, most recently as National Commercial Operations Director with First American Title Insurance Co. He also held key roles with Stewart Title Insurance Co.; Home Services of America/Berkshire Hathaway; Attorneys' Fund LLC; and the Law Offices of Gerald Shapiro.

LenderLive Taps Valladares for Correspondent Lending Division
LenderLive Network LLC, Denver, hired Sherry Valladares as Correspondent Lending Regional Account Manager. She will cover the northeast and work with current and prospective clients, including mortgage banks, community banks and credit unions participating in or considering the LenderLive correspondent program.

Valladares brings more than 15 years of mortgage industry experience to LenderLive, with a background in SherryValladaressecondary, operations, origination and underwriting. Most recently, she served as an account executive at CMG Financial and a customer account manager for Fannie Mae, responsible for managing sales and strategic relationships including day-to-day business activities with banks, credit unions and mortgage banks. Previously, she held a series of regional account manager roles.

Guild Mortgage Names Minton as New EVP of Information Technology
Guild Mortgage, San Diego, hired Gabe Minton as executive vice president of information technology.

Minton has more than 25 years of industry experience. He joins Guild from PHH Mortgage, where he served as senior vice president and chief information officer from 2014 to 2017 with overall responsibility for the IT division. Previously, he was with ServiceLink (Black Knight Financial Services), where he served as SVP of Information Services from 2010 to 2014, with responsibility for driving strategy and implementation of products and services.

GabeMintonMinton also held senior management, strategy and technology positions with Motivity Solutions, Mortgage Cadence and the Mortgage Bankers Association. He was one of the leading architects and founding members of MISMO, the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (a subsidiary of the Mortgage Bankers Association). Early in his career he worked in various engineering capacities for the U.S. Navy.

Churchill Mortgage Names Gillen SVP of Capital Markets
Churchill Mortgage, Brentwood, Tenn., named Tom Gillen senior vice president of Capital Markets, where he will oversee the ongoing development of its business strategies.

Gillen brings more than 20 years of experience as a financial services executive, with expertise in business development, product innovation and organizational leadership. Before joining Churchill, he was founder and managing partner of HedgeAdvisory, a provider of analytics and loan sale solutions for banks and independent mortgage bankers. Prior to HedgeAdvisory, he served as president of Susquehanna Mortgage (acquired by BB&T in 2015), where he oversaw more than 200 employees and over $16 billion in servicing and origination portfolios. As SVP of Secondary Marketing for First Niagara Bank, he repositioned capital market activities for the mortgage banking business unit and developed its pricing, hedging and trading risk tolerance, product profitability and qualification models.
