Schwartz Joins FormFree Board    

FormFree, Athens, Ga., announced Faith Schwartz has been elected to its board of directors.

FaithSchwartzSchwartz has played a firsthand role in shaping current housing finance best practices and public policy. Principal and founder of Housing Finance System Strategies, a housing finance strategic advisory firm, she also serves as a senior advisor to the leadership team of Accenture Credit Services. In 2007, she was recruited to lead HOPE NOW, an alliance formed in response to the housing market crisis. She has also held executive-level roles with CoreLogic and Freddie Mac.

TRK Connection Hires Pack as Product Manager

TRK Connection, Salt Lake City, hired David Pack as product manager, responsible for delivery and support of the company's Insight Risk & Defect Management mortgage quality control auditing platform.

Prior to joining TRK, Pack supported and implemented products for Silicon Valley-based Oracle America and Workday Inc. He also served as a project manager and account technical manager for several technology firms in the Salt Lake City area.

Huebscher Elected to Freddie Mac Board of Directors

Freddie Mac, McLean, Va., announced Grace A. Huebscher was elected as a director on the company's board of directors.

Huebscher, has extensive experience in the real estate and capital markets industries. She served as President of Capital One Multifamily Finance LLC, a subsidiary of Capital One Financial Corp., from 2013 until March and served as an advisor of Capital One Commercial Bank from April until November. Prior, she was CEO of Beech Street Capital LLC, a company she co-founded in 2009. From 1997 to 2009, she held a variety of positions at Fannie Mae, including Vice President, Capital Markets. She currently serves as a director of The Kenyon Review. She is a former member of the Commercial Board of Governors with the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Auction.Com Hires Aggarwal as SVP Product & Technology

AmitAggarwalAuction.com, Irvine, Calif., hired Amit Aggarwal as Senior Vice President of Product & Technology, responsible for overseeing and implementing technology systems to further enhance the company's online platform.

Aggarwal has more than 16 years of proven experience leading, innovating, designing and executing large-scale enterprise web based solutions, most recently as Chief Technology Officer of CarFinance.com. Previously, he served as Director of Software Development for Equator.

IndiSoft Taps Radkiewicz for Advisory Board

TomRadIndiSoft, Columbia, Md., added Thomas Radkiewicz to its advisory board.

For more than 30 years Radkiewicz has worked across the banking, financial services, technology, logistics and manufacturing industries in IT leadership roles. He is currently CIO with Ditech Mortgage Corp., and has held positions with JPMorgan Chase & Co., National City Bank, Cap Gemini Sogeti and Ernst & Young.

LoanLogics Promotes Riddell to EVP, Chief Business Officer

CraigRiddellLoanLogics, Trevose, Pa., promoted Craig Riddell to executive vice president and chief business officer, responsible for establishing and developing ongoing relationships with LoanLogics' largest enterprise clientele, growing the company's network of data services and integration partners, as well as overseeing the LoanLogics' account management and consulting services teams.

Riddell formerly served as senior vice president and chief business development officer. He has 25 years of executive level experience in the real estate finance industry. Since joining the company 10 years ago, he has been responsible for implementing all LoanLogics products.  

LERETA Taps Willen to Executive Team to Direct National Sales Strategy

JonWillenLERETA, Covina, Calif., hired Jonathan Willen as executive vice president and director of sales, responsible for all sales and marketing efforts at the company.

Willen comes to LERETA from nearly four years as executive vice president of First American Mortgage Solutions, where he led the implementation of the company's national objects and acted as the senior client executive and enterprise relationship manager. Prior to that, he served more than eight years with CoreLogic's data and analytics division.
